They have helped me ship items across the globe and they have all safely arrived at their destinations, unharmed, all in one piece. Yes, the UPS Store and UPS shipping is more expensive than other shipping options, but I do feel you are paying for premium service and quality, as well as a guarantee. The elderly staff member was especially helpful when he recommended that I use a large plastic mailing envelope pouch instead of a cardboard box for my Amazon return to save me money.
