On my way to Truckee on highway 80, there was a lot of construction. The right lane merged into the left (where I was). Someone with white truck (NV disabled license plate -which I have) and a trailer, came up on my right quickly (when he should have already been merging left well behind me). He cut me off, forced me to drive on the shoulder between the concrete divider and his trailer for white some distance. I was incredibly frightened. Later, as I drove past, I saw the sign for 'Finish Line Delivery' in his back driver side window. He was aggressive, and he scared me. It wasn't until he saw me filming him, that he backed off. So this is 'Finish Line Delivery' an angry, aggressive man driving recklessly delivering your stuff. He should not be delivering anything, he shouldn't even be driving.

I paid for the service of documents at the time my request was sent to them. They added additional charges to my invoice without discussing it with me and without authorization. They have refused to allow me to speak with the owner or a supervisor. Now, after having to call and threaten to sue them, I received an amended invoice and IT IS STILL NOT RIGHT, they took the additional charges off and reversed my original payment and are trying to double charge me! Two men and one woman were sitting at desks in a large open room when we walked in. The room is very very cluttered. These three employees ignored us. We called out, "Hello, we're here for an appointment." One of the men stood up and grudgingly come over to us. I said, "Hello. We have an appointment." This man didn't say Hello to us nor did he tell us his name. He was very unsure about what he needed to do with our paperwork we were there to have served. He took an unreasonable amount of time to process the paperwork. Then came time for payment, which he also didn't know how to do. I proudly presented my U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs picture id with its "Service Connected Disabled" on it as well as my branch of the U.S. Armed Forces I had Served in also on it. Then this Reno Carson Messenger Service employee refused to honor any Veterans Discount let alone the one we had been quoted on the phone when the appointment was made when I pointed out we had been quoted a 10% Veterans Discount when we had called to make the appointment but it was not on their bill. We took our paperwork and their bill with no Veterans Discount on it and we left because we refuse to support all who refuse to support Veterans or fail to support Veterans. These guys are truly angels. My stepbrother, who I am very close to, drove from Portola to Reno to…read morego to the VA. He was having chest pains and, turned out, he was having a heart attack. He was whisked into the hospital and he didn't have his cell phone charger. He lives with his mom, my beloved stepmother, who is 90, because she just can't live by herself and she certainly can't drive in snowy, rainy, winter weather to bring him a cable. However, for well less than $40, Reno on the Go Delivery bought him a charger and delivered it so he could keep in touch with Mom while he undergoes treatment. I live in Sacramento and couldn't really get there either. I called every asking for help. Walmart, all of two miles away, couldn't be bothered helping a Vet. The gift shop at the hospital didn't even answer the phone. Yet, late in the day, when they were closed, these guys came through. My stepbrother mattered to them. They went more than the extra mile. I cannot recommend them enough. The driver, Dave, went particularly out of his way to make sure my brother got the cord, taking to his room and not just leaving it with the hospital staff. I watched the driver not even check their blind spot when cutting me off. If that were a driver who wasn't as defensive as I was, they 100% would have caused an accident.
