Just got my kitchen countertop put in this week. The installers were fantastic. When we went to…read morepick out our granite we were told that the price is the same whether we use a Regent sink or buy a different one. We ended up buying a sink on our own but since the price of the countertop included one of their sinks, I assumed that we would get the sink as well. I called twice to see about it and one gentlemen told me that yes we would get it but when the guys came to install the countertop, they had no idea what I was talking about so I called Regent and left a message. I got a message back saying that the sink is a 'thankyou gift' to to the consumer for buying their products. So I bought their product and I guess I get no 'thankyou'. I just feel that since I paid for a sink........ which was included in the price of the countertop..... I should receive a sink.
