DO NOT USE Regent GRanite for granite countertops services!!!! We had the worst experience ever, it was a nightmare!,e. Their prices were comparable to other places we checked out but we liked the service. However, everything went horribly after we placed our order. First off, the estimated delivery date was delayed, and when the installation day finally came and the installers came out, there were so many chips and were the wrong style and size! Even the polishing was not done properly. So we had to send them back and have them do a reorder. Then once the correct ones came in they started installing....we had used a different contractor for our countertops and when they came to measure, they were shocked at our kitchen. They said that the installation was all wrong and questioned whether these were professional installers at all. They couldn't believe how countertops were installed. We had to call Regent granite back and have a manager come out and take a look at our kitchen and I had to show him everything that was wrong. most of the tops were the wrong size and they refused to fix it because he said it was not possible. This company is a joke. I called in the day before and they were quite nice on the phone. Let them know I had a small kitchen and probably wouldnot meet their minimums. They told me over the phone "no problem, we will work with you." I took off work early the next day to go there since they appear to be open only during working hours. Went in there and walked around a good 10 minutes before I finally decided to leave cause no one greeted me even though they all looked up when the door opened so I know they saw us. My son convinced me to go talk to them before we left, so I walked up to them and the guy there asked me "what did I want" like I was begging for spare change. I told him what I needed (countertops for a townhouse kitchen remodel). I was dressed for work in a suit but even so NEVER before have I ever felt like a stain on someone's shoe. 2 people raised their voices at me about my kitchen being "too small" and how much extra I would have to pay because of them having to buy a full slab, etc... I dont think anyone wants to feel like this when they are trying to spend their money. They were $1-2 less per square foot then big orange for the same stone counter I wanted, but at least I get treated with respect when I go to the big box stores. With this type of customer service its a wonder how they stay in business! Terrible customer service!!! read more

Regency Granite stands up to challenge... I had the daunting task of shopping for countertops to accommodate 3 bathrooms, a laundry suite and kitchen. At Regency, I met with Darlene, a talented design consultant who was courteous of my budget and present me with a great selection of products. My heart was set on a lovely piece of granite I had seen once with a particular colour highlight in the vein. Understanding that all natural stone is unique, sourcing defined characteristics would be difficult. Needless to say, I was absolutely thrilled when Darlene called to say she found it. We purchased countertops for our whole home - 4bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. They installed counters in the bathroom and kitchen island that had broken and they tried to get away with just filling it in with a colour that doesn't even match. We therefore have granite counters with two chunks of fill. Looks like it was broken in transit and just tried to fix. Complained multiple times and was told they would be replaced. Now the owner and manager are not calling back. The picture below shows how bad it is - they had never to tell me it was just impurity in the stone!! read more

I got them to do my mothers counter tops. Poor lady suffered so much through this process. Installers were late and left so much dirt in the her house and they did cutting in the house and left too much dust inside the house, she ended up going to the hospital that some night due to her breathing problems. They have no clue about this trade. Worst company in London. And after reading online i have seen so many disturbing complains about them. read more

I wish i did not even have to give one star these guys made my kitchen uglier then before they did the plumbing themselves and now there are licks it already started to rot under my sink. There is a lot of chips on stone and they were trying trying to hide during the install. We are so upset for allowing them to do our countertops !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
