I tried this place again because my friend likes it. I walked in and there was no menu of services with prices posted or available. I was thinking of buying a gift certificate. As on other visits, the lady claimed that the sign of prices is down because they just updated their prices. I asked to see the current list of prices for pedicure services and she very begrudgingly showed me the menu on my third request. However, she warned me that some prices might not be accurate. I told her I want to understand exactly what to expect for a price, and I asked her to write down "basic pedicure" with the current price, but she refused. This is not for me. I will not be back. Imagine going to a restaurant and being told to order without seeing a menu, and being held accountable for whatever the waiter decides you should pay after you have eaten. I have given this place three tries. No more. The nails come out OK. I have had to wait +15 minutes with an appointment. The owner is nice but takes smoke breaks while doing your nails and does not wash his hands after. Really gross. The final straw was when I had to repeatedly tell the manicurist that she was hurting me. She kept twisting my thumb to dip/and or paint to the point it was throbbing for hours after. I would not recommend this salon at all. My sister in law and I stopped in her her birthday around 1:45 for two pedicures and be stated "he couldn't do it" and then when we asked about a later time he said "sure" so we asked about 3:00 and he agreed that would be fine, but we changed it to 3:30 to allow more time. We signed in with our appointment time and said we would be back. We arrive at about 3:25 and stood waiting for them to tell us to take a seat at two chairs (that had water sitting in them for over 10 minutes) at about 3:40. A woman sat to do my sister in laws pedicure and only after someone yelled at a lady who had finished a pedicure 10-15min ago did she walk over to do mine, at this point it was 4:15 and my sister in laws was basically done, I said I no longer wanted one. They gave me a rather lack luster apology and didn't offer to take any money of my sister in laws pedicure. I absolute would not recommend this nail salon to anyone, nor would I ever return! read more

I have been going for quite some time now and every time I go it's a really great experience! I see Lee and she never fails to deliver a great manicure! My before and after are amazing and I feel rejuvenated after leaving. I continue to go not only for the service but the great staff that works there. Everyone has different experiences but I have recommended this place to quite a few people including my own mom and trust me she is not the easiest person and her nails come out spectacular!! Ivy nails used to be great. Has gone way downhill. Dirty basins that don't work. Chairs seem like they are abused. Did not even get offered water. I only went last time because i had a free pedi due to me. It was a speed pedi since it was 'free'. Too bad, it was great in the beginning. Went from 4 star to 1.5. Don't waste your time, hack job and poor service. I watch them leave their customers waiting for response while they speak to each other in their native language and don't resolve customers questions for long periods of time. Had them do my nails, hack job, every time I go home and reshape them because they are so far from uniform. You Get what you pay for I guess. My last appointment the acrylic was so thin I busted a nail the first day and they couldn't squeeze me in to fix it. Also their polish is so old and diluted it looked streaky and bubbly. All around a major disappointment. Go down the street to daisy's nails, wayyyy better first time experience. I will be going there from now on. read more

Went here for the first time a couple weeks ago. Made an appt, waited about 25 min after being on time for my appt, got my gel dip nails done and he did an amazing job. So decided to go back. Made an appt, arrived on time, waited about 30 minutes. I should've left, but figured I'm already here I'll just get it done. They said would only be about a half hour once we get started. The guy starts doing my nails, slowly... slowly.... took an hour and a half to get my gel dip nails done. He messed up a little on one of my nails and wanted to re do it but I had already been there for an hour and a half and told him don't worry about it it's not that noticeable I have to be somewhere in a half hour. After that, talking in their native language all staring at me. So pretty obvious talking about me. My nails did look good though, so I paid and left. Then got home, took a shower, and three of my nails have already chipped and some peeled off. Gel dip is supposed to harden and last 3 weeks. Won't ever go back. Waste of money! read more

So today I made an appointment for 3:30. First of all, the person didn't even start my nails until almost 4:20. Once they had started i had told them that i was in a rush. The man proceeded to take his time, after repeating my first complaint he had told me we would be finished at 5. Next thing i know it's 5:15 and we hadn't painted them yet. I have been here twice and had two really different experiences. The first time was great - friendly salon employees and my gel manicure came out perfect. The second time I wasn't very impressed. The manicurist cut my cuticles and two fingers were bleeding. She didn't acknowledge it at all and then used the buffing tool and buffed right on the cut making it hurt even worse! No apology. This place is AWESOME! The salon is always clean and organized, not to mention beautifully decorated at all times! The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and respectful! The pricing is fair, and in my opinion on the cheaper side and their quality of work is above and beyond! Everywhere I go I am constantly getting compliments on my nails and people are always asking where I get them done, and I never hesitate to tell everyone and I refer as many people as possible to go here! I made two manicure appointments for my daughter and I. We arrived 15 minutes early and understandably had to wait until our appointment time. 20 minutes after our appointment time we were taken by the owner to two manicure tables. My nails were wrapped as I have dip powder on them and my daughter's hands were placed in electronic oven mitts. We sat there for 45 minutes before any service resumed. We were told they would be with us shortly. Next to us sat a mom and daughter having pedicures and they too sat for over 45 minutes with their feet soaking in water with no service and were told somebody will get to them soon. Our manicures were completed nearly 2 hours later! The owner seemed bewildered that we were in a rush to leave and we're not particularly happy. To make it worse, 3 fingers were cut by the aggressive nail filing. If you make an appointment honor it. If you are too busy, tell the customer. Do not fill up all manicure tables and pedicure chairs with customer sitting and no service and being dishonest about your timeline. Absolutely no regard for customers or customer service. I have been going to this salon for over two years and I am so sorry I did not find it sooner. I would highly recommend it for every service. I have tried them all. Just love the dip powder. I have long nails which I have never had before and they have a huge selection of colors and use quality products. Everyone who works there is really nice and fun to be around. It is absolutely spotless. They use special liners in their foot baths when they do pedicures and I have watched them change them after every person and even though nothing touches the basin they still clean it before putting a new liner in. It can be very busy at times because they are really good and priced well but it is worth the wait if you have one. They do not mind if you reschedule. I have seen them bend over backward to accommodate people. Going there is a bit like being part of a family. They even offer free coffee and candy while you are waiting and they always have lovely fresh flowers. The bathroom is also spotless. read more

Doesn't matter if you have an appt or not; you're bound to wait regardless. When you're finally started to get helped the associates switch back and fourth between customers and never actually stay committed to you the entire time you're there. Every time I go in there even for something simple like a manicure I usually am there for an hour or longer. The associates are rude and customers are not the first priority here. Asides from the environment itself, you will not get a quality job unless you use shilac (which they push you get very much). They try to rush and end up doing an awful job. When my friend and I had appointments for prom it took them 2 hours to finish a manicure and pedicure for myself and my friend didn't even get to have her fingernails done because the lady didn't use the right polish for a manicure and took it all off and we couldn't even stay to have her redo the whole set again due to other prom appointments so she left with just a pedicure after 2 hours of wasted time. So if you really want a good job done, do NOT waste your time coming here. read more

This is my second time here and I've had the same person, Anna, both times. Both times she has drawn blood, the first time from dropping an electric drill on my hand (I only had regular polish on and was getting gel so I don't understand why she needed the drill in the first place) and the second time from filing way too hard. Both times she has seemed very cold to me and really just not kind whatsoever. When putting tips with dip over my nails this time, she was very aggressive with my hands when I wasn't doing exactly what she wanted with the placement of my fingers. The ends of 4 of my nails are uneven and I asked her politely if she could file down the sides that were longer because the looked a little slanted to me. She ran the file over them once and didn't give them a second look which did nothing to fix the slant on them. After having them done, she told me to sit under the fans for a few minutes. My friend who was with me had the same dip done just without tips, and she said she was under the fans for 5 minutes then the nail technician came over, applied cuticle oil, had her pay and then she was done. After 15 minutes of sitting there, the technician my friend had came over and had me check out with her, I had no further interaction with Anna because she began working with another customer. When I got out to the car, I took a closer look and realized a few of the nails are incredibly uneven in terms of thickness on one side compared to the other and fairly thick all over. the only reason I'm even giving this 2 stars is because my friends always gets good, consistent manicures here. this place tried for the third time and failed me. i got the opi gel manicure which looked fine other than (underneath my nails had excess paint underneath ew!)...the same day i went home into my jacuzzi and relaxed and within seconds the entire manicure fell off like unpeeled tape!!! it was awful. 45$ ruined. dont come here i have gave this place chance after chance. i got a pedicure too which was okay cept for i had black hair on me (i am blonde) when he was washing my legs in the sink...........anyways after i got my manicure i asked the guy can you check my toes i dont want to put on my socks and shoes unless its dry he goes no no your dry your fine go ahead . so i said ok and left wen i got home my toes were ruined paint smushed into my socks..pedicure wasted. i called on sunday which said they were closed so i wasnt able to get my nails done for my xmas party for that evening. so i called monday morning and told him wha happen and i told him i already paid again for someone else to fix them so he denied to service me and fix the mistakes they made. horrible 70 bucks wasted. read more
