I have been getting my nails done consistently for almost ten years now and have been to a LOT of nail salons ranging in quality. Time Spa is truly the pinnacle of customer service and quality that you are searching for. I truly look forward to my bi-monthly nail appointments. You can call ahead or make an appointment, or you can just walk in and they can usually take you right away as long as you're not coming in during rush times. Michael and Anna are two of the kindest, nicest people I've had the pleasure of getting to know during my time in New Hampshire. Them and their staff always do an impeccable job and I frequently get compliments on how nice my nails look. I usually get a powder dip and they last 2-3 weeks depending on what I am up to with my hands. They have an incredibly wide variety of color selection and I've had them do cute designs as well on my nails around the holiday season. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. Worst pedicure ever. The tech used metal tools then literally ripped the existing gel off my toes causing so much damage to my nail bed. Her gel application was terrible. She cut me with the drill many times. She was using the drill to clean up the mess of nail polish all over my skin leaving me with burns. I told her many times she was hurting me and I finally asked her to stop and got someone else to fix it. Looked horrible. The gel came off two toes 2 days later. I was charged $70 even though the owner knew all this was happening. Horrible experience. read more

My daughter and I went to get Mani/Pedis today. We were greeted by friendly personnel. Long story short I just got regular nail polish while my daughter got hers dipped. Hers look great! Mine however are horrible. I went back 45 minutes after leaving to complain. They offered to redo them but I had a time crunch. After 5 hours almost all my nails were smudged and they are still not dry. I called for just a partial refund of my service, not my daughters whose nails are fine. They said no! STAY AWAY!!! 1st bad review ever, but my experience was so awful that I have to tell my story. I've been getting my nails done for years and recently took a 2 month break for proper nail recovery. Went in for an acrylic set with my 18 yo niece yesterday. Explained that I wanted an ombré, they suggested gel dip. Ok, not what I asked for, but I went with it. I asked for light at nail bed to dark at tips. The nail tech reversed it but I'm a laid back kind of girl, so I went with that too. Things went down hill quickly as the tech began filing down the gel. He had filed too much that he had left obvious grooves on multiple nails that he was going to leave that way...until I spoke up, but he was willing to "fix" it. My nails still looked botched and I wasn't thrilled, but being the good sport I am, I was dealing with it... Until I went to wash my hands with only water. When I sat back down, I noticed that my pinky was horizontally cracked all the way down through the gel to my real nail. This is when I began to lose my patience and told the tech to remove the nails as they look terrible and one was completely unfixable. This is when a family of 4 walked in for a pedicure...until this point, there was only 1 other person aside from my niece and I. My tech called over the manager who was still doing my nieces nails, I explained to him the situation and he seemed apologetic but a bit rude. My tech began nail removal process by sticking my hands in a bag of acetone and walked away to begin a pedi. As I was letting my nails soak, I heard the manager talking to my niece, more than loud enough for the family who just walked in to hear how nothing was wrong with my nails and I was overreacting. OMG! This is when so became angry and yelled "Don't talk sh!t now, you saw how bad my nails were and 1 was unfixable. People who can't do nails shouldn't be working in a nail salon!". When the manager was done with my niece's nails...he came over and began completing the nail removal. He was rough and rude with me and even cut me 3 times during the process. I got up silently and walked out. I wasted almost 1 1/2 hours of my life to still have bits of gel stuck to my nails and tender, cut cuticles. What a waste of time! read more

Please do not waste your time making an appointment here. I booked an appointment one week in advance for my elderly sister-in-law as a 97th birthday treat . When I walked in he (the owner) said he had no appointment for her. I actually showed him the telephone call I made to him. No use!! He is the rudest individual I have ever dealt with to a point where I completely lost my temper after he said she was "too picky" and it took his help too long to service her. She has beautiful hands which take about 15-20 minutes for a manicure (no polish, just a top coat). Her pedicure, he said takes 40 minutes which his help complains about. This place doesn't even deserve my one star. The people don't listen when you are telling them what you want. They rush like no other. I was so uncomfortable because of the rushing. This is a great place. My niece and I went and got right in on Saturday afternoon for pedicures. It's clean and we'll decorated (with real plants). We we're given super cold water bottles which was a nice touch! Spa pedi was $30 and both ladies took their time and did an excellent job with a great massage. Ok so I guess the first visit was just to get us to go back because the service today was ridiculously bad. Made an appointment for 3 adults and a child. One adult cancelled so thought ok it will take less time. Well it took over an hour and a half and my granddaughter didn't even get her nails done. Four people came in after us and were taken right in. Why is it more important to these places to get as many people in as possible and sacrifice quality. My daughters nails look horrible. Called to make an appointment for 3:30 PM for four of us. I was very clear and asking if they could actually take four of us at 3:30 PM as that was the time we had available. If not we will gladly try for another day.. They said yes They could take us all at the same time. We arrived at 3:25 and we're told to pick a color and waited an additional 15 minutes to be seated. We were all seated and then waited another 15 minutes. Every single nail technician was with a client. One nail technician left in the middle of servicing a client to come over and do my daughter. It was the quickest 18 minute pedicure ever and horrible job. Meanwhile my other daughter and my mother slowly had people approaching rushing through their services as well. All doing a rushed job. Taking less than 20 minutes. No one was available to do mine so I was still sitting there soaking in the Dow has been 45 minutes past our appointment time and no one has come over to me and clearly there was not anyone available to help me. Your time is not valued to them your appointment means nothing services provided we're not very good. It's definitely an assembly line type production. They only care about getting you in and getting you out and taking your money. They tell everyone yes they can take them but really they tell them to pick a color and wait and wait some more and then wait some more. One girl walked in and they told her they could take her for a dip polish and she was soaking her nails entire time we were there for 40 minutes and still not helped when we left. Another woman was complaining because the nail technician left in the middle of her service to service my daughters pedicure and she was only half done And had been in there well over an hour. It's only been 24 hours since the appointments. And both my daughters toenails are chipping. And I never got mine done as no one ever came over to help me so I got up and left when my girls were done. It's absolutely fantastic that they are busy but they need to be realistic when telling people if they can take them for an appointment or even at the time when they walk in. I stopped into this place on a late Saturday afternoon. It was not busy. I received 5 start treatment from my pedicurist. She spent extra time on my exfoliation, massage and nail cleaning. For $25 I thought this was the best experience I've had in a while from a local nail studio. She even mentioned that if I got a manicure that day it would be an extra $10. I went in to get a fill and was told by Raymond,the owner, that I could come back in an hour and he could take me then. I came back in an hour and he told me to sit at his station. He then proceeded to work on another new client in another chair. I waited over 10 minutes and he was still working on her, and I left, very angry. I would never go back because my time is just as valuable as his, and if he is going to fit others in when he should be working on you, he will not stay in business long. Visited this place for a pedicure while I was in the area on vacation. I didn't have an appointment, so was asked to come back in an hour. The pedicure was great - better than my regular one at home. I was very impressed with the sanitation measures they use, including individual files. And now nearly four weeks later my toes still look great without even a chip on the polish.
