He was so responsive and listened to all of our requests such as having the bus available during cocktail hour and not just during the dancing part. OMG I love One Snap Photobooth!! We booked them for our baby's 1st birthday and we couldn't be more satisfied! John, Cathy & team were AMAZING from the start! They arrived as scheduled and set up the photobooth, backdrop and all the props while we were still setting up for baby's birthday. I honestly was really impressed with how neatly organized all the props were and how the backdrop was so fitting to go with the birthday theme. Anyway, Cathy is the sweetest!! She made us laugh and have a good time taking silly pictures, cute pictures, etc. She would count us down to do our poses because when you have so many people, not everyone is focused or noticing the timer going down. They kept the props organized the whole time because most people were throwing it back on the table which is kinda rude but it didn't bother them one bit. The picture quality was amazing!! So clear, bright and it was such a nice little souvenir for all the people who attended the party! Anyway, we lost track & ended up going past our 2 hour rental agreement but they accomodated with us to stay longer and we just paid the difference (& tip!). I met John at my work's holiday party in Dec. 2018 where One Snap was the photobooth vendor. I really like the quality of the pictures and was told John was easy to work with so I got his info as I had two events that I wanted a photobooth there and was hopeful I can hire him...if the price was right. I contacted John around early February for two events, one in May and in in June. The June one was quite important as it was my daughter's hs graduation dinner party. For the May event, I was just going to pay and he is to work with a high school teacher to set up for prom. I heard all went as planned and I paid and the kids actually really enjoyed it. For my daughter's event, it was on a Saturday, I was very involved. I bugged him about the cost, the template, the set up, the set up time, etc. I am a huge planner and as I wanted all to be perfect, he heard from me. And he was patient enough to deal with all my questions and requests. The crew arrived an hour before the event to set up and did it without much noise while I was busy setting up the rest of the party. Then they were ready for us and looked for me so that my daughter and I can take the first set of pictures. I really appreciated that. At the end of the night, at the agreed end time, the guests were not ready to stop taking pictures with the photobooth, John and his crew agreed to stay a bit longer and I appreciated that and paid accordingly for the additional time w/ a tip. Show of Life Photo booth is best! We hired this vender for our wedding reception, and it was everyone's favorite place to be. The people were lovely to work with. They were super professional and fun. The backdrop was beautiful and bright, and the props were awesome! Guests received print out pictures that they could take with them or add to a guest book. This is a long overdue review to John and his team. In short, they are awesome. If you are looking for a photobooth vendor who are on time, delivers with great service and great photo quality (and at a great price!)- look no further as One Snap does it all. I used them as my photobooth vendor during my wedding last Summer. Out of all the vendors that I contacted for a quote, John was very easy to work with and provided a very reasonable rate. I had many emails going back and forth with him because I had too many detail questions regarding the options/setup/layout designs, John responded with patience and kindness. He even helped us customize a wedding logo on the strips! 2 months before the wedding I haven't finalized my wedding rundown and told John I do not know the timing for my first dance/toast/other agenda for the night and asked if it's possible to breakdown his breaktime/idle hour to two if I needed and he was flexible enough to accommodate (in the end I didn't do so but I was glad I have that option! Really helps when you have a vendor who works with you during the long wedding planning process) On my wedding day they showed up on time, double checked on where to setup, lined up their props nicely, and even showed me two strips they took on the spot and let me choose if I wanted a brighter or softer light setting. My guests and I had a great time while John and his team worked courteously and professionally through the night. A good vendor does all of the above- but the reason One Snap made me want to write a yelp review for them this 7 years I had my Yelp account is because they went above and beyond to help me recover my photos after my laptop crashed and I did not have the digital copies of the photos saved to my backup hard drive. Devastated because it has been 9 months after my wedding, I thought I would only have the hard copies of the strips (which were not the complete set of photos from the night)... Luckily I checked with John and he uploaded the digital copies for me to download again within a couple of days! I cannot tell you how thrilled I was to see my guests' happy faces and relive the moments from my special night all over again. I noticed another review mentioned John is not fastest in terms in communication- while it is true he may not reply the same day, he is one of the easiest vendor I have worked with and he really does try to accommodate your needs to make it your very special experience.
