I found and booked Impressions Photo Booth through Yelp. Booked two weeks in advance for a 18th birthday party for my daughter on Dec 17, 2022. I was contacted 7 hours before the party was supposed to start because he said they didn't have the background I selected. He gave me two other options and I declined both because they didn't fit the color scheme of the party. He contacted me at 6pm and told me that he did indeed have the background I wanted. Set up time was 7pm. Photo Booth time was 8-10pm. They arrived a little late but that's because they had trouble finding the venue. It took well over an hour to set up and it was a very messy set up with equipment everywhere and this is while the party is going on. Wires were hanging out of the Photo Booth machine and it looked like a technological mess. Their props was on the floor in suitcases and they didn't use the table that was provided. The attendant constantly had tech issues and had to constantly stop to fix things while teens waited impatiently in line. The attendant even went as far as asking when of the teen boy guests if he could assist in helping him fix the machine. I approached the attendant after the kids got tired of waiting and he was fumbling with the machine. I asked him what the problem was. He said he was having trouble but couldn't figure it out and Couldn't call the owner of the machine because his phone died. I gave him my cell phone so he could call and also gave him my phone charger to charge his phone. He spent the rest of the night trying to fix it while the party was going on. Eventually, another gentleman came and they packed up all the equipment and left without saying not one single thing to me or my husband. Not a "good night" ... "sorry for the inconvenience" .... "We apologize" NOTHING! they packed up and left as if we were the ones that did something wrong... they took and printed out less than 30 pics ... the machine worked for less than 30 mins. This was Dec 17, 2022 and I'm writing this review Jan 4, 2023. The person I was communicating with (Tien) who I believe is the owner, has never reached out to me since this event took place. No explanation. No apology. Absolutely nothing! I should have known something was up when a deposit was never asked for. The upside is, I didn't lose any money in this situation. Just wasted time and lots of space with all the bulky broken equipment. Terrible customer service and terrible experience. Would not recommend. At all. read more

I've used Impressions Photo Booth for 2 years for our company holiday party and recently for my wedding. Working with Ehvan is always easy and seamless. His team is on time, includes beautiful backdrops, lots of fun props, high quality DSLR cameras, and a large soft box which makes everyone glow beautifully. The quality of their prints are what set them apart from other Photo Booth companies I've seen as you get full sized 4'x6' photos, and when you get the digital files online, they're high quality (not like some of the other photobooths which can be blurry). They also work with you to design a logo or image to go on all photos and that process is always a quick turn around for changes plus looks great and professional. They print as many copies of any photo you want and provide you with the ability to print one image large or the standard image collage you already determined together. 10/10 would recommend and use Impressions Photo Booth again. read more

I heard about this company aka Impressions Photo Booth when I attended my close friends wedding. OOooooo how I was "Impressed" by the set up they had going at the wedding. When I was entered the Hyatt Hotel reception area they had their booth set up neatly with matching curtain and lights that went with the theme of the wedding. Pros: -Very cool/fun props to use for the pictures. -High quality resolution on the pictures. -Photo booth equipped with amazing lights, curtains, and a big TV setup. -Unlimited amount of photos upon request. -They have a scrap book for the newly weds.. free of charge. -Very professional -Neat/Clean -Easy to use.. taking pictures -Workers were very helpful and made the experience really fun. Cons: -Waiting in line because people like to take their sweet a** time with their duck faces. -Workers seem better dressed then a lot of the people attending the wedding(including me -.-). My family booked Impressions Photo Booth for my little sisters birthday and it was an absolute hit! The whole party's population was huddled around the photo booth, everyone eagerly to take as many as possible. I've seen a variety of photo booths at other parties, but what really differentiated Impressions from others was their speed in printing. This was such a big issue at another party I had attended, the printing was so slow most guests left before they could get their photos printed. Impressions uses a laser printer ensuring fast printed prints right after using the photo booth. Any technical issues were solved within a short amount of time. They also provided a wide variety of props from super hero masks, mustaches, boas, glasses, etc that was neatly set up on a table they provided. Overall, the photo booth was a huge success, it was even a few of the guests first time using a photo booth so that was extremely rewarding to see everyone's excitement through the photos. This review is way overdue! Impressions provided photo booth services for the 2017 San Francisco Kidney Ball, National Kidney Foundation's young professional board's annual fundraising gala. Tony and team were very friendly, professional, arrived on time before the event to set up, and provided a seamless amazing experience. The props were so much fun with a lot of variety. Many of our attendees said the photo booth was their favorite thing of the night! We also love the photo album they put together for us at the end of the night. Ended up booking Impressions for our wedding in August and I'm so glad that we did! Tien and his team were so organized throughout the process and very accommodating to make our day special. They worked with us a couple of weeks before the big day to customize our logo to how we wanted the background of the prints to look. They also asked us for prop suggestions and offered to look for these products so that we could have additional props for the booth. On the day the wedding, they provided us with an album that contained a copy of all of the prints that people took that day so we could have memories of them. Also, in addition to posting the photos on their website, Tien emailed me copies of all the prints so that I could look through them in soft copy or send them to our guests. These guys made the process so smooth and we really enjoyed working with them. The photo wall was a popular one at our wedding and guests enjoyed going crazy with the props and running behind the photo wall with their 7 seconds of allotted time between pictures. A lot of our guests ended up going to the photo wall multiple times throughout the night and Impressions even printed extra copies so all guests could have one. We've had so many compliments at how unique the experience was to the standard photo booth and I highly recommend booking them for your wedding or any other event. read more

As many of you may know, the tragic loss we suffered this past weekend versus the Baltimore Ravens has been such a downer. So as with tradition, my house has been the dedicated Super Bowl party destination for my friends and I year after year. These guys are so professional and nice! Tien's team consisted of two guys and they were extremely helpful the entire time. We hired them to do our entrance photos as well and they were more than accommodating. When one of the flower girls accidentally broke one of the entrance photo flower arrangements, they helped us rush to change it to our centerpieces. By the end of the night, a lot of our friends were drunk, but they handled them so well and always with smiles on their faces. I was so happy with how everything turned out. Extreme hit at our wedding. We had Impressions Photo Come in to set up a couch and floating frames in a traditional Chinese Restaurant Banquet. We knew it would be popular with the kids, but it turns out that everyone loved it. "Money well spent". To top it off, they had given us digital access to all of the photos taken. We got to see the fun and laughter of our guests throughout the night. If I'm being Critical: I would note that the props look like they have been needing some touching up for some time. (cracks in the wood, Chipping of the paint, etc . ..) This was not noticeable in the pictures when they came out, but it was noticeable for the guests. We has spent a lot of time and money to make the whole restaurant look pristine, but I couldn't say that the photobooth followed suit. Regardless, I would consider hiring them again. read more

Amazing. From the very beginning, these guys were super friendly and responsive. I told Tien, the owner, that I was planning the wedding from out of town, and he was more than willing to be flexible and make things work for me. I have nothing but praise for this business's customer service. The day of the wedding, Tien and his guys showed up on time, all dressed up and looking sharp! The photo wall set up was beauuuutiful and exactly how I'd wanted it to be. Whenever there was down time during the reception, this was where I would find my bridesmaids, my groomsmen, and my guests. Tien is EXCELLENT! I HIGHLY recommend him. I played with the setting on the Instagram Box and messed up the settings and Tien face timed with me to help set it back up. I couldn't get it to work so he actually drove up to my venue and helped me put it together. He stayed quite a while to help make sure everything was going well. He was quick and persistent to help. Everyone at the event loved the idea of being able to print pictures they took from their instagram account and had it ready immediately. Hiring impressions photo booth for my brother's wedding was the best decision I made in planning for the event for more reasons than one! Although it was above my budget, impressions worked with me and accommodated my schedule, making it possible for me to only go a bit over my budget and still get the amount of time I needed. Guests loved the couch and had a lot of fun moving around in between pictures. It served as a great distractor during the calm moments of the wedding. The staff were also extremely professional. I loved that they dressed in suits and were very nice and patient with our guests. It was evident that they paid attention to detail, which can be very important during these momentous events! Photo Quality is also a big plus. We got a customized layout for the prints and the pictures and lighting were perfect.
