A great store to buy some good quality liquor. Quite well organized and each shelf marked clearly. It isn't very big but still covers the bases. There isn't much staff on the floor, so if you have any questions, you may need to walk up to the cash counter. There are some tiny bottles available next to the cash counter which is great if you want to try out something new before going full bonanza. It is inside the mall (the food court entrance), so the parking is the common one outside the entrance. read more

This LCBO is a tad bit weird in the sense that you could be coming here for the past 5 years, have a beard and moustache with grey hair, be over 30 years of age and still get asked for ID like you're some underage kid drinking beer for the first time by the same cashier who's known you since the first time you stepped foot in this place. This same lady always converses with me everytime I visit about the same things so I'm wondering why do I get asked for ID all of a sudden? Is it that difficult to remember a face you've been seeing almost everyday for the past 5 years? It just baffles me tbh. But all negativities aside, this is a good LCBO with well-stocked shelves filled with all of your favorite drinks and more. read more

The wines sort of sprawl diagonally from centre. The signage at least helps. The shelves are usually well stocked. There's an adequate amount of staff on the ground if you need any help. I've found the floor staff pretty knowledgeable about the characteristics and differences between various brands. I like that LCBO always has some good sales on a few products at any given time. I've been known to try new brands of liqueurs and wines when I see those tags promoting the sale items. They do have a cooler section if you head to the far end of the store. The selection of locked up, premium items isn't too extensive, but you will find several brain damage price vintages for extra special occasions. I find the displays at the checkouts a little wanting. They have nice boxes and bags that are behind the checkouts for some reason, rather than before where you can see and select something before you pay. It could all be organized better. The service is often... slow. Even if there are several checkouts open, and fewer customers than open lines, it takes minutes before you begin to get processed. I appreciate that they never fail to ask about your rewards cars. If slow, service is usually polite if not friendly. I'm glad to have a solid LCBO like this nearby for my boozing needs ;)

Having said that, this location is good and very conveniently located close to the No Frills. They have a good collection of beers, except for the 6-pack of Corona Light. But then, I got an email from Frank Perry at The Beer Store in Mississauga saying they would be reimbursing us for the gift card - and giving us an extra $10 for the trouble of having to call in!! Apparently, they have had some trouble with people hacking into their gift card system, so I guess we weren't the only one they heard from. I was so happy with the good customer service. Gift cards are like cash and they might have just told us we were out of luck, but to my surprise, they believed us and we got our money back! Thanks so much, Frank!

At first I was confused with the original listing as Wincott as I knew I was near but that wasn't…read morecorrect. I deleted the photo from the Wincott listing LCBO because that is on the north side of Eglinton. This store is on the south side of Eglinton. I created a new listing for this location and reposted the photo on this listing. This building is not brand new but it is new. It's part of the strip mall at Lloyd Manor and Eglinton and has their own parking lot as part of the large strip mall directly across the street from Shell. While this store may look smaller on the inside it's actually a decent size. It looks smaller (to me) because it has a dedicated fridge room for the beer and other drinks that are made to be sold as cold. I could have sworn I saw near the door of the fridge room some 24's on a skid but the LCBO probably doesn't sell them as 24, probably 4 x 6 packs still? It's a valid question considering the whole beer store controversy of 12's and 24's etc. Still it's a relatively good sized store primarily made up of wine aisles, some hard liquor and a dedicated refrigeration room for beer etc. I'm not sure if the store at Wincott is still there... I've never been to that location before if in fact they are keeping it. It's sort of close to this location making it sort of redundant.

I'm honestly shocked I've never been to SanRemo before! On this visit, I had the steak sandwich, mortadella sandwich, cold brew, and Nutella latte, and everything was delicious. The vanilla cupcake was especially good--super moist and not overly sweet. Parking is pretty limited, but if you arrive early enough, you can usually find street parking in the surrounding neighbourhood. Despite how busy it was, the service was incredibly quick. There seemed to be plenty of staff working together to keep orders moving efficiently. One bonus that I absolutely loved is that they carry Nutella and Orzo imported from Italy. It's nice knowing I don't have to fly to Italy every time I want to pick some up! Can't wait to come back and work my way through the rest of the menu.

Price was not expensive but not cheap for a food manufacturer. There were small carts to push around so it made it easy to buy items. Grab a treat here and there is not too bad. Pastries to be ordered by the ladies at the cash.
