The level of customer service and attention I received was 10/10. I ran a few minutes behind due to difficulty finding the location. It's tucked away just off of the main highway however the owner had no problem directing me, nor did she rush through me service. After introducing herself, I was able to complete paperwork. We discussed my skincare needs and I was able to prepare for my services. Each step of the way I was told what was going on and following my services provided with recommendations on maintaining my new glow. I would add, if you're used to a spa that is not independently owned and fully staffed, this may not be the place for you. The owner did everything seamlessly with little interruption. Although t another client did call she excused herself, apologized and quickly returned. I was so relaxed with the music and facial steamer it was quite hard to notice. While you can book online, I would recommend calling if you have any questions. I'd definitely be back, and glad I found a spa in this part of town. Give it a try if you're in the area.

Upon arrival you're greeted by the front desks attendants. They walk you to the back and show you around if it's your first time. Your rope and sandals are located in a locker with your name in it. After changing you chose your code to lock your locker. The showers have clean towels and complementary shaving kits. Afterwards you're walked to the relaxation room. At the relaxation room they have complementary snacks, water and tea for you to relax in before you're called in for your massage. Our therapists were really nice and professional. We felt really well taken care of. After your massage you can go back to the relaxation room or be walked to the locker room. The facility was exceptional. Everything was stocked and really clean. I explained this to her and she seemed to have an understanding before I went to undress. However, the whole massage, I felt like I was a baby getting lotion slapped on my back, in a mostly circular motion and at times, being poked. I didn't get a SINGLE knot rubbed out of my back or shoulders, the way I requested considering I do strength training. I also requested some lower body, but she never once touched any lower body at all and wanted me to keep on my biker shorts. She was very sweet, but the massage was EXTREMELY disappointing. Also, I chose aromatherapy and never smelled it at all. However, this is not my first experience with them, which only made me regret coming here even more. I scheduled an appointment back in the spring, back when we were having icy roads. One of the days, every business in the city shut down due to weather conditions, and they still charged me as a no-show despite not even being open. I could never get in touch with them to get a refund and was ignored until I had to appeal it with my bank to get my money back. Save your money and your time.
