They reminded me that great customer service and genuinely good people still exist! I chose the baby shower package, which included decorations, and let me tell you--the decor was stunning! Everything was thoughtfully arranged and looked gorgeous. The venue provides tables and chairs, a food table, a refrigerator, and a microwave. They also had little things you didn't think you needed. (Ice, wire racks, garbage bags ect) There are also two separate bathrooms, a spacious layout, great lighting, a speaker system, and even a separate sitting area. I took on a lot of responsibility for my event--cooking, baking, making a balloon arch, and more. The week of the event, the owner surprised me by gifting me the balloon arch, and it was such a blessing! I almost cried because it took such a huge load off my plate. That level of kindness and generosity is rare, and it meant so much to me. You can tell the owners truly care about their venue and their guests. They're not just out to nickel and dime you--they want you to have a great experience. I had such a wonderful time, and I would definitely book here again!

Several guests expressed disappointment, and many barely touched their meals, which was upsetting for such an important part of our wedding day. Beyond the food itself, the professionalism during the reception was concerning. The woman in charge of the reception catering had an attitude in nearly every interaction leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. There were multiple arguments during the reception, and at one point yelling could be heard coming from the kitchen area. She was also complaining throughout the process, even before the wedding day. It created unnecessary stress during what should have been a smooth and joyful evening. While the cocktail hour was handled beautifully, the reception catering experience fell far below expectations.

The meal was subpar at best, and the sad thing about it is that you don't have an option of having food catered from any other venue except this location. When I selected the venue initially I was introduced to a pleasant team (Savanna & Karrington) that seemed genuine, accommodating and efficient. Unfortunately a couple months after contract management changed (Rhonda) which resulted in a lot of modifications to packages and services provided. The first major issue I encountered was that a payment made to the venue was no longer visible on their client portal which affected my balance. I emailed about the mishap and after a week I finally received a response that my account would be brought up to date. There was no apology for the lack of communication or the error. The original management team I made them aware of add ons & upgrades I would like for day of my wedding which included the gold drink package (premium drinks). Also let me know I could have an extended hour added to my event. The new management kept forgetting my requests that I sent via email. Also later attempted to charge extra for a drink package that was modified AFTER my contract. After going back in forth the sent over a spirit list that reflected drinks I preferred. The week of event I was told they changed liquor distributors & no longer had the tequila I requested & had already made my signature. Again after many emails, I was promised this would be available as it was part of the package I paid for. The day of the event, my champagne was not in the bridal suite, the bar ran out of tequila & they charged people for alcohol that were included in my drink package. I had an OPEN BAR! I'm not sure if DH had suffered financially during the pandemic but they were very greedy & dishonest. Rhonda was really unorganized & slow to correspond. They made the planning process unnecessarily stressful.

The Cinema operates in the same physical location but separate entrances. Plenty of parking with the attached deck BUT BE AWARE... The sign when you go into the parking deck implies that it is free that they don't charge your credit card. It is just to record your departure. But when you get ready to depart, there's a $5 parking fee for 12 hours. Very reasonable and perhaps it doesn't actually trigger if you're just there for a 2-hour movie. But I felt it was misleading. All of the street parking is free but on a busy weekend night it might be hard to find a spot with all of the restaurants and bars in the area. So many novel restaurants & bars in close proximity to the event venue. One hotel in the Trilith community, and many more 10 miles or less from the venue.
