We worked with her in a day-of-coordinator capacity, in which she had multiple meeting with us before the wedding, sent us a Google Drive full of organizational resources that made our planning so smooth, reviewed all our vendor contracts, and answered random wedding industry-related questions that we had. On the day before our wedding, we had a venue walk-through with her, in which she coordinated details with the venue liaison, and she also led rehearsal. What is most worth your investment is what happens on the day-of. I told Emily my goal was to not make any decisions that day except how many slices of cake I was going to have, and that's exactly what happened. She took care of everything - set up, tear down, vendor coordination, decor, helping to wrangle family for photos, the flow of the evening, the rhythm of the processional, and I'm sure she did a thousand other things we didn't even notice. At one point in the night I asked for a pen and she appeared 5 seconds later with one in hand. Her presence allowed us to fully enjoy being in the moment and also took pressure off our friends and family so they could relax as well. We would recommend Emily's work to any of our friends and family.

Outside of her impeccable taste, Tamara and her team are a delight to work with. They communicated directly with many of our vendors and kept everything organized, allowing me and my partner to actually enjoy wedding planning! In fact, we miss it and working with Tamara!! We had 1 zoom meeting to discuss what we wanted and she provided a spreadsheet to help us with planning and creating our schedule. We then also had an in person meeting 1 month before the wedding to discuss the plan for the big day. Meghan had great input while being considerate of our needs. She is extremely punctual and organized and made sure to keep us on track throughout both our rehearsal and the day of. On the wedding day she asked me maybe a total of 3 questions about decor adjustments and otherwise I just sat back and let her take the wheel. She did an amazing job helping set up decor, keeping the wedding party organized, communicating with vendors, and keeping everyone on schedule. She was present throughout the night whenever we needed her and made sure to direct us where we needed to go and when. I didn't have to think about the itinerary at all and was able to just sit back and enjoy the day with my husband, family, and friends. At the end of the night we headed out and she helped pack everything up along with some of our family so we could just go enjoy our wedding night without any worries. The wedding day went super smooth and everything was so well organized that we were able to start the ceremony a few minutes early. Meghan helped the whole day and night move forward smoothly and it would have been so much harder without her. She started cleaning up elements of the ceremony ahead of time so that by the time the night was coming to a close clean up was fast for our family and friends. She went above and beyond for my wedding. She made sure that everything went smoothly, everyone knew what they were supposed to do, and that we stuck to our time schedule. My wedding was seamless thanks to Zarah. At first I didn't think that I needed a wedding planner because I'm so organized and thought I could do everything myself. Zarah offered day-of services to make sure that my planning didn't go to waste. In addition to checking in with ALL of my vendors (hair, makeup, photographer, DJ, venue, caterer, MC, etc) she was there to make sure that everyone followed through. I had no stress on my wedding day (just imagine!). Hiring her was the best decision that I could have made for our wedding. Everything went PERFECT thanks to Zarah. Her and her staff were amazing to work with and I'm so thankful that she was there to make our wedding as wonderful and memorable as it was. Extremely happy we decided to book her for chair covers and even happier we booked her for Day of Coordination! Like one of the other reviewers, I thought I didn't need a day of coordinator. I thought maybe the DJ and myself could take care of it but you don't realize all the details involved the day of your wedding. Plus, what bride wants to be worried about their vendors and timeline when they should be enjoying their wedding? I feel like Zarah went above and beyond any other day of coordinator. She became the main contact for my vendors about 2 months before my wedding. Any questions, concerns, changes and confirmations that I needed done, she was the one to take care of it. She was at my venue as soon as they opened until they closed to ensure everything was set-up how i envisioned, all the vendors made it on time and clean-up was effortless. Zarah always made me feel at ease and confident that our big day was going to be perfect...which it did end up being! Thank you so much Zarah for all your hard work and kindness! We had the pleasure of working with New Creations Wedding/Rebecca Grant for not one, but TWO of our weddings. We had initially planned our wedding overseas but had to cancel the wedding due to COVID in 2020. I reached out to a dozen wedding planners in the local area, with no luck finding someone who could help us plan a COVID-friendly wedding. Rebecca, however, quickly accepted the task. Unfortunately, that plan also changed when further COVID restrictions limited the number of guests. We decided to book Rebecca to plan our beautiful elopement on Whidbey Island and had her marry us. She even managed to tell the weather to give us a gorgeous day in October!!! One year later, and with a baby on the way, we decided it might be a good idea to try to have a wedding celebration - FINALLY. We had zero ideas of what we wanted but knew we needed Rebecca to take over all details because our focus was planning for the baby. Rebecca made sure we got as many decisions out of the way as possible early on to have a wedding-free postpartum period. When it came closer to the wedding, this is where I witnessed her magic in finalizing every detail, communicating clearly with every vendor, and making the wedding finally happen. Additionally, she gracefully managed our guest count, which went from 100-130 to 175. I barely had time to spend a minute of my mind-space on the wedding because of our new family and often questioned myself, "why was I planning a wedding?" but man, did Rebecca deliver the most stunning, chic, and fun party. The circumstances around our wedding experience were not common, planning a wedding while trying to raise a new baby, but I would not hesitate to hire Rebecca again. There are so many details about a wedding that you don't even think about until you are in it, when you realize, "I'm so happy I hired Rebecca to take care of this." Rebecca is someone you can trust to get the work done; you will be wowed by what she delivers.

From the beginning Megan has been one of the most reassuring and comforting things about wedding planning. If not the only thing at times. Megan paid for herself at our very first meeting with our location and catering vendor. She saw something in the signed contract that entailed us to a better food package. Not just better food selections but more of it. When the vendor said it was a typo and they would fix it she said 'nope this is the contract that you had them sign. Typo or not you need to stick to this, they are entitled to this food at this price.' At that point in wedding planning i was so beyond exhausted i absolutely would have just rolled over and let the vendor adjust the signed contract. She stuck to her guns and we got the benefit of it. Woo Hoo We have the Week of Package, which really means that she takes over several weeks out. Following up with our vendors and asking me questions about details I never would have considered. Megan as been available for all of the silly questions and concerns that we have had and is prompt in her email response. She is able to offer suggestions on everything, babysitters in the area, vendors, when to do things, how to include family wishes along side our own, how to get Dicks Cheese Burgers to your wedding reception and everything in between. Megan is so friendly and easy to work with, she is prompt and organized. You just want to be her friend. I can not imagine getting through this wedding process without her, and its not even over yet. Wedding Planning Advice Number One - Get yourself a planner Number Two - Get Megan Keller MORE GOOD THINGS TO COME So, the wedding has happened. It was all smooth and amazing. Megan made everything work. As I was standing in my dress with my flowers about to walk down the isle I turned to my mom and said 'how would we have done this without Megan?' She said 'We wouldn't!' She was so right! Megan did so many things that made all the difference that I didn't know about. She was the first one there and the last one out. She loaded gifts and flowers and all kinds of things into car at the end of the evening. I can't not imagine that this day would have worked without her and we are so glad that we had her along for the ride!

I found Megan Keller & A Kurant Event while link surfing through a wedding website. I immediately checked her out on Yelp, loved the reviews, and promptly set up a meeting. Loved this woman right away! She was so friendly, listened to me carefully, took notes, and proceeded to explain how she could help me, what my options were, and the prices. I loved it! Get straight to the point, and let's do this thing! Needless to say, I hired Megan and she worked with me step-by-step to put together a wedding and reception that exceeded my husband's and my dreams. All the while, keeping us on schedule and on track. The day of, especially, was so stress free - she took care of everything and I was able to fully enjoy the best day of my life. I highly recommend hiring Megan for your wedding planning needs, especially for the day-of, if not the whole shebang - she's totally worth it!
