What is even more concerning is that the company automatically enrolls customers in a monthly membership (approximately $59/month) unless they cancel. Based on the information provided, many customers do not realize there is a monthly membership and believe they are only paying the promotional price. When I had questions, it was nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. Lack of transparency about pricing and difficulty contacting customer service made for a very frustrating experience. Avoid.
