Laser became my passion and after extensive hands on training and knowledge, I was comfortable enough to sit for the state exam and pass without an issue. She kept cutting me off and I had to keep asking questions about their services when she could've easily given me the info without me needing to pull teeth. Recently renovated, Chic Image is a beautiful salon to enjoy all your pampering services in a fabulous atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and professional. They take their time and take great pride in there work. I have only had nail services done here but both the manicure and pedicure are great. The gel manicure lasts a solid 2 weeks! When you go in to have new gels done, they don't scrape your nails to death like some places do. They take their time soaking off the old gel and gently removing the remnants. They do take walk ins but I would recommend calling ahead because they only have two chairs for mani/pedis. This is a great neighborhood salon that you should definitely visit. read more

I go here during my lunch break to get gel manicures. The Salon is very cute, with some retro detailing and authentic brick walls, and the lights are very modern and chic (hence the name)! The nail stations are top of the line with swivel chairs so that you don't have to get up and down if you are getting a pedicure and a manicure as often found at most salons. I Called three times different times and no one answered me so I decided to go without an appointment because it says on yelp that you don't need one. When I got there, the salon was completely empty save one lady who told me they don't have availability for someone to do my nails for a month. We love Chic Image Lounge. My wife visits frequently to see Liz for facials and I join from time to time. Liz does a great job and is very thorough with the facials. She also caters to each of our specific needs. The facials include a wash, peel, extractions and LED light. We leave feeling rejuvenated and thankful. We highly recommend Liz! This place is truly amazing! When I first moved to Tampa I went to many hair salons and never felt happy, until I found Chic Image. When you first walk in you feel like you are walking into a Spa at a very upscale resort. The atmosphere and design is beautiful. Beyond that the service is wonderful. Every time I step in I am automatically greeted by my first name and offered a water, coffee or even better a glass of champagne. Although the extra attention is great, the way I feel walking out is better. No matter who I have seen at Chic Image, whether it was rose for my hair (she does extremely well with coloring!!!!) or Liz for my facials I never walk out unhappy. It is amazing how the people that work here can create the image you have in your head. On top of that the prices are extremely affordable!
