the outside of a restaurant at night

After checking out some yelp reviews. Found this place really close by. Decided to try the Ferrero blizzard, it was really good. The place is charming and cozy, almost romantic at night time. We paid debit but there are two banks right next to the shop just in case. They have a lot of homemade ice cream and sorbet and even soft serve sorbet which I love. Will have to try that next time. Definitely try it out if you're in the area. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and happily accepted to make us try two flavors of sorbet that we had never heard of before.

Small Sundae with raspberry and caramel sauce!

Hello. This Ice…read moreCream (BOUZA) is a GEM. We went to Canada for a wedding. My family always bragged about their Bouza Ashta. My wife wanted to have it. We had landed at the Airport checked in to our Hotel and decided to go to have Bouza with a Family of 9 people. We arrived to the location ann it was closed 12:07 Am They had already cleaned up the place and chairs were already up on the tables. We knocked on the door for good 2 mins and finally my wife yelled and said we flew all the way from Los Angeles to come have your Bouza. The young lady and the man looked at each other and then looked at us with a big smile and welcomed us in. they opened the door and they started to put the chairs back down to set up for us. We said we appreciate it all we want to do is get our Ice Cream and go out side seat on their bench table that had bench seats. They went over and beyond to make us happy. The service is great, their ice creams are delicious, the spot is super clean, they are clean behind the counter as well. The next they I took about 40 Family members that had flown out to Laval for my wifes cousins Wedding. We all went again about 3 times more before coming back to LA. Keep up the great work and great service and flavors. I wish they open one in PASADENA CA. Thank you. Michael C.

You know, the funny thing about this place is that I've come here quite a few times over the years,…read morebut I've never actually sat down inside and enjoyed the bouza ice cream. Usually, whenever I pass by, the indoor and outdoor seating is completely full. So I was lucky that when I came by on a Tuesday around 3 PM, it was pretty much empty. There are so many flavors to choose from, but I decided to play it safe and stick with ones I know I really like. First, I went with achta because nobody does it better than Bouza. The second flavor I chose was pistachio and lastly, I went with almond. I got it in the larger size, but next time, I might just go with the small because it was a lot. I loved how the achta was smooth and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. The pistachio flavor was just as creamy, and topped with crushed pistachios that were super fresh. You could immediately tell the quality was there. The service here was great, super friendly and helpful. They offered samples and answered any questions. Overall, it was a really pleasant and happy experience, best enjoyed with family and friends.

Decided to try a new ice cream place, closer to home. Drove many times by this one but never…read morestopped. First, the selection. This place is a very old ice cream place that renovated and upgraded with time. As such, many things were added with time. You can have pretty much anything that soft serve can do (disregard alcool stuff, family place). So flotter? Yeah. Slush? Yeah. Ice cream cone? Yeah. Blizzard? You guessed it. And many many more.you can even order birthday cake and such. As for the ice cream selection, there's like 20 sort serve flavor that you can mix! If you get an ice cream cone (that you can also have in a bowl instead), you can select up to 3 favor to twist and you can also add a toppings like Oreo, smarties, Reese's, (etc) that will be mixed in the swirl! Being me, I took a blizzard, vanilla with Aero and kit kat. First thing, it's properly blended. With a small, you can take 3 toppings but I stayed at 2. Everything is properly crunched and blended with some bigger piece (which is perfect). I'm used to either have a fully blended not too much flavor like dairy queen or half blended like my other favorite place where you have big chunk everywhere but often just plain ice cream. This one was the perfect mix. All bites were ice cream mixed with both ice cream and sometime had slightly bigger chunk of chocolate. The small one was bigger then I though and I think I'll take a smaller one (there's one size under and 2 more higher). And that's because it was rich, but good. My friend took an ice cream cone strawberry and peanut butter. It really tasted like peanut butter and strawberry in each separate swirls, even with peanuts in it. Was a bit weird overall but that was because of the flavour selection. The only two downfall I can think of is service and topping selection. Service is good, but the poor staff is running everywhere cause there's a lot of people for only 2 to do everything and it take about 5 minutes for each individual order. So prepare for a little bit of wait. When I came back to my car after a small walk around, the line was very long outside. As for toppings, it has a very limited selection of chocolate. Smarties but not m&m? Too bad, while I like both, I prefer m&m for the chocolate shell instead of the candy from smarties. Lots of ice cream flavor, but less then 10 topping selections. This could be easily upgraded for more. My other place has over 20. Also there's fruit ice cream in the listing. It seems to be a swirl mixed with your choice of fruit. Didn't try or see outside of picture but seems a good idea, although it's not my cup of tea. There's many other thing they do, check the photo I took (not easy to take cause the place is weirdly shaped and it's hard to read even in person). There's a little terrasse outside and about 2 seating area inside. I'm unsure if they really get used inside aside for waiting on order because it's very small.

I was searching for a place that offers homemade ice cream in the Laval area and this cremiere…read morekept popping up. I see they have lots of reviews on Google and seem super popular so I came here with a group of friends- we tried their classic soft serve 3 flavored cones. When you first walk in, there is a large board with all the available flavors. You can mix up to 3 flavors in one cone. I got raspberry, pear and mango. I wasn't sure how their ice cream was made, surprisingly, it is made to order. They get 3 little tubs of plain vanilla ice cream and a mix of the fruits/toppings you just chose, get them all blended and their unique machine will swirl these out for you in a cone. They use real fruit chunks or purees so the rapsberry had little bits of frozen fruit/seeds which wasn't my favorite texture. The ice creams aren't as smooth and silky as traditional soft serve because the base they use to begin with has already been frozen. I couldn't taste the pear flavor I got at all, and the mango was pretty subtle. There's a range of flavors if you like classic candy bars like aero, kit kat, reeses, etc they can blend that in for you as well. If you just want a classic cone or sundae, of course this is also available but they are mostly known for their flavored twist cones. I noticed a big sign advertising their ice cream log cakes - these looks very appetizing and I imagine are a big hit during the holiday seasons. I believe these were $45 which is quite steep. As for my regular sized cone with 3 flavors, this came up to around $10. The prices are much higher than elsewhere - for example we are used to going to Chocolat Favoris and getting a huge cone dipped in chocolate or fudge, and that only costs about $6. The harder texture and suble flavors didn't wow me, it was good but not great and with how expensive this place is, I'm not sure I'll come back.
