My wife had Le Provençale, a tartine (toast) with bush cheese, red fruits jam, dried figs, dried tomatoes, and parma ham (like prosciutto). Delicious! I chose the plat du jour based on the owner's recommendation. Not sure what it's called but it was a tartine with tuna tartare & passion fruit, chutney with mango, pineapple, & red pepper, slices of avocado, and orange zest with pink berries. When she asked for the coconut flavor, the server took the cookies N nut iced cream off of her cone and put it back in the tub after the young girl had already licked it! Disgusting! This is completely unsanitary. After, an older man was trying some samples when I realized that between various samples, the server was wiping his spoon with a napkin and sticking it into other flavors for him to try. I can count 3 different ice creams that were contaminated with saliva at this establishment in the 5 minutes I was there waiting. I am so appalled. The health department should be contacted and the curly/wavy haired served should not be working in food distribution. The owner should address this and rectify this situation.

They ask you not to work there at certain hours (very fair) but it is set up for you to do so! Gluten-free isn't very popular in France and this place has been a godsend. They also have plenty of outdoor seating, though I prefer the quiet beauty of the interior. Favorite items so far are the vegetarian noodles in a Thai peanut sauce and the carrot cake. I will be honest though, while the pastries are impressive if you can't have gluten, if you're not gluten free then you may be disappointed that the baked goods aren't exactly like the normal wheat flour cakes.
