It was delay after delay during the entire process and the excuses just kept coming. I expressed my concerns many times to which they just simply apologized and kept up the slow service. Their delays cost me thousands of dollars. When the work was done and the invoice was generated they charged my credit card (which was given simply for the initial deposit) without my authorization. I'm trying to contact them to resolve the issues but the main representative that I was dealing with no longer answers his phone. I've left multiple voice mail messages to which there is no reply. IMO, you're better finding a better company that will prove better service.

Wow, I am not sure if I walked into a book store today, or an art gallery…read more I've driven buy this newly built Indigo over a dozen times, and I finally decided today was the day to check it out. One thing that I noticed when I entered the store is the smaller entrance way. It was a tad tight getting in with a stroller while people were trying to exit. Maybe there is another larger entrance that I did not notice? The store is super bright, and super clean, but kinda sterile. I usually visit Indigo to browse the latest home decor and sale items, so I was a bit thrown off that all their home decor and knick knacks are scattered across the store, but it was tastefully done and I get what they were doing there. For example: where the yoga books and fitness books were displayed, so were the yoga items and water bottles. Another example, the cookbooks were surrounded by kitchen tools and kitchen decor. It was nice to walk around this store and browse, but it was not bookstore vibes. I love grabbing books and browsing through them. I didn't find any chairs in sight besides going over to Starbucks, where I could get comfy and browse through some books. There is also an indigo kids, that looked bright, and fun, but I didn't venture too much into that department. This store is nice, but it's just OK in my books. I am a traditional kinda gal, and I really liked the old school "chapters" vibe of bookstores where they had tables and chairs all throughout the place, and it was more cozy. This is not the kinda of place to meet up with friends and work on projects at, unless you buy a coffee and do so at Starbucks.

Needless to say - I cannot recommend them ... be aware.

I found this little emporium, about 5 years ago during my quest to pass the federal goverment's Second Language Evaluation "Test of Written Expression". About 5 years ago, that test was the bane of my existence. Librairie du Centre is a French bookstore with a comprehensive selection of educational documents and software, from preschool through to high school. This Vanier specialty shop is also a resource centre for French teachers, and a valuable resource for parents of children in French immersion. Professional advice and consultation is available in English and French. The staff to pointed me towards effective exercise books in order to practice my grammar. You will find the most-owned and least-read book in Canada: the "Bescherelle". If you don't own one, they sell Bescherelle sets - one with grammar, one with verbs, ...etc. All things said, it's a great value as it and will come in handy for my kids. Well I passed the test, and I am officially bilingual as far as the Feds are concerned. A new, innovative and immersive gaming experience that blew me away! I came here on the…read morerecommendation of Jim D. and Vanessa D. I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did. It was so cool! I did an immersive under water adventure, Andre G. did this catapult game where he blew things up, Vanessa D. sliced up a fruit salad storm, but what I enjoyed the most and which made me wish I could bring the equipment home, was the archery game. It feels like you are using a real bow and is a surprisingly good arm workout! More recently, I attended a Yelp event here. It was a great turn out, but despite the large crowd, everyone got a turn and seemed to have a lot of fun. There are several pods available for use and we had booked them all, which I think resulted in no one having to wait too long between turns. Pricing is regularly $40 an hour. I think it would be an awesome place for a party or social event. The location couldn't be better for it. Dinner out with friends followed up by a visit with jellyfish! Beauty!

They obviously have books, of all genres, but they have so much more than books. They have board games/card games and they have toys too, including Celestial Buddies, which are plushies of planets, moons and all things, well... celestial, lol. I especially liked the Saturn plushie. They have "Every Child Matters" stuffed bears as well. They have really cool bookmarks (I especially liked the Spaghetti and Meatballs bookmark). They have earrings that are book covers! Perfect for the bibliophile in your life who also loves jewelry (and has their ears pierced). The bookstore is very open and not cluttered at all. They had some shelves still empty when I went the first week of November 2023, so I think they will be getting more merchandise. Prices are comparable to other regular bookstores. No bargain basement prices, but no huge markup for being in trendy Westboro, lol. Staff are friendly and pleasant. They leave you alone to browse, which I like, but seemed helpful with other customers who needed help (I did not need help, so did not interact too much with staff). Great place to pick up gifts. They are definitely a welcomed addition to Westboro! Street parking only.

Prices are great and yiy have the added value of contributing to a local independent store..almost forgot to mention how nice and knowledgeable the owner is, I got great service a was able to get all my question answered. She also mentioned she intends to host book related events and have kids events which will be perfect for winter. Definitely added to my fevorite places list.
