I thought I was tripping or being sensitive or harsh. Nope! My intuition served me right. This place was higher than I can ever recall. The one in the Alabama outlet mall closed and it was my first introduction to Le Cruset can and does have outlet pricing. Let's be real, outlets have morphed over the years from incredible deals and finds to another retail location. I wish I took pictures but just catch the Le Cruset factory sale online or go to Williams Sonoma. Heck, Costco 7k crate was worth it but the first offering sold out so fast then the 2nd offering I think I was broke but either way that deal has everything. Images to show that the prices are equal to WILLIAMS SONOMA as of March 23, 2025 especially for the knobs I was so excited to buy. Also of note, the cashier was pretty disingenuous. I left the knobs on the counter and the other lady shopping named Jasmine Walked up and started touching and reviewing them. At first, he said... Oh those are hers. Then he switched up to ask: are these yours? She said no. He did that awkward fake chuckle. I added more to the knobs BECAUSE her check out ran a bit. I decided on a pie dish with the Eiffel tower and chose the one with the post note showing 2. Chilllddd, he felt the need to "disclaim" the dish wasn't 2. I said yeah I know the price is on the bottom but 40% off. I figured that 2 was a quantity. He went on to explain they had done inventory and that wasn't the price. Y'all this irked me and I guess it's a matter of In what world have y'all ever seen Le Creuset write a price on a post it like it's a random yard sale? It was weird to me and I got to explaining the issue to my family but help us all if it was truly benign. P.S. Great product and one very helpful associate, but once the ones sitting down in the back came out they were pretentious, ignorant and rude to the point we were considering a purchase and left and bought online as usual. Bought a teapot for my mom from here and it broke during that delivery process. The tip of the spout was chipped. The woman at the store told my mother it couldn't be returned/exchanged and that she should inquire with the delivery service. Why would I ever pay $40 for a teapot when it can't withstand even being delivered to our home AND the salespeople are so rude and wouldn't even look into the warranty? I was livid when she told me. Never again! Update: I emailed the Le Creuset customer service and had much better luck. They were easy to work with- will never try going back to the store! read more

Great quality cookware and utensils, basically everything you need to make your meal the best that it can be. I love the customer service and the great knowledgeable staff always willing to help and answer any questions I have. The selection here is excellent as well and anything they don't have can be ordered. Granted, the cookware and other various items here are going to put a a nice debt in your wallet but I'm a firm believer in that you get what you pay for. I have several Le Creuset pieces that have endured the test of time and my various experiments. Definitely worth the money and time. read more

Been here a couple of times in the past. Love the Le Creuset brand as a whole. You can sometimes find some good deals here, but their newly released merch is typically expensive. Me and my girlfriend came in today specifically for their 50% off summer sale, within a minute a store representative starting asking really personal questions... We were kind of put off right from the get go, decided to just leave. We have a professional culinary discount at Sur La Table, perhaps we'll wait for the latest Le Creuset to arrive there. I know this isn't the most objective review I've ever written but this experience was just very repelling. I won't let this visit re-write my thoughts on the brand as a whole, but still an unpleasant trip. read more

Visited for the first time in April. I'm not a cook, but I recently started taking cooking classes and now I covet all top of the line cookware. I was thinking about getting some Le Creuset cast iron pieces, but the prices were a bit scary at Williams Sonoma and Sur La Table. Found the outlet store through a google search and went to check it out immediately. (If you're going to the outlet mall, park at Saks Off 5th and Le Creuset is almost next to it). Turns out they were having a 40% off sale on their Seconds the day I was there. I had read about their Seconds online and what will send a nice piece of cookware to the Seconds bin is always something cosmetic (a slight bubble in the enamel outside coating or the gradient finish in the enamel isn't up to par). Whatever is wrong with the piece never affects actual cooking. It really is just cosmetic. They also have a huge selection of First pieces at a good discount. Wound up purchasing a 5 Qt Oval Dutch Oven, A 3.5 Qt Brasier, A 10 1/2 inch Grill Pan, A 10 1/2 inch Skillet and a beautiful wooden bread server for a little over $400. Basically got everything listed above for the retail cost of the Dutch Oven alone. Every piece I purchase was a Second and I challenge anyone to find the "flaw" in any of the pieces. They look as gorgeous as Firsts. The salespeople in the store on the day I was there were extremely helpful and pleasant. The store is very clean and the items are displayed as nicely as they would be in a high end shop. If I decide to buy more items from Le Creuset, I'll definitely wind up at their outlet again. read more

Great place if your in the market for quality cookware at a discount. The Mrs. has compiled a really nice collection over a year or so shopping at this outlet store and the gentleman who works there recognizes us every time we are there so it's always a plus when the manager makes sure to keep it on a professional personal level. The WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER in my life!!!! They just don't care their customers. All they want just sell their products and you are never allowed return to them even if you have any problems! I would rather pay original price at regular Le Creuset stores and never go to this outlet store anymore!
