The list of errors is extensive: the flooring was installed incorrectly, the faucet in the tub was incorrect, the shower trim color was wrong and had to be reordered, and the shower door was installed backwards. We have had to micromanage every aspect of the project to catch each error as it was occuring. Each mistake has required a return visit - we are now looking at a 5th return to complete -- and even after multiple appointments spanning four months, the project is still not finished. Each person we've spoken to has simply pointed a finger at someone else. Each correction came with additional fees to correct. No offers to compensate us through discount even when asked. We expected a professional, timely remodel. Instead, we've been left without a shower for four months due to repeated errors and poor quality control. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and find a contractor who gets it right the first time.

Dine is a restaurant supply store, but different from other similar businesses, normies like me can shop here as well. But know that Sur La Table or Williams Sonoma, this is not. The vibe is definitely more getting down to business. But even so, there are some fun things for us amateurs. This includes: * cookie sheets, dishers, knives, spatulas, pans, pots and mixing bowls of various sizes * big bag o' disposable chop sticks, along with soy sauce bottles * cake boards and boxes * servingware (could come in handy if you're making food for a big crowd ... post-COVID obviously) * chef coats and hats * pizza peels and stones * woks * and lots more. I admit that I visited just before closing and unfortunately didn't get to see everything or take pics. But that brings me to the customer service. The staff did not rush me along even though I came in late and helped me find what I was looking for. I ended up buying cake pans (my reason for visiting) plus a springform pan, chopsticks, small-size disher and cake boards. I will definitely be back to add to my kitchen full of cooking goodies.

Several parking spots out front of the building directly off of Shelbyville Road and building is easily accessible. The place was a bit tricky to get to..it's off an exit, but then you have to go down kind of a little side road that, at one point, turns into a single lane road. A little annoying but not a big deal. The place wasn't busy when I arrived, one of the associates there immediately came up to me and asked what I needed help finding. I showed her the picture I had screenshot from the website of the can opener, and she knew exactly what it was and took me right to it. The price listed for the item was about $20 more than was listed online. I pointed this out to the associate, and she said that they would gladly price match the online price..so that was cool. We went to the registers, she rung me out after adjusting the price, and I was on my way. In and out in less than five minutes. So yeah, totally easy transaction, extremely helpful employee, and a vast inventory of all the restaurant style industrial items you could think of..at very reasonable prices. This morning, Drew from Honest and Fair Appliance arrived, as scheduled, and completed the repair in about 30 minutes. There was no drama or attempts to upsell for more services. Additional note for anyone who may need appliances. Bargain Supply has been our "go-to" place for appliances for many years. Since I was concerned the dryer mentioned above might not be repairable, I visited Bargain Supply on Saturday to look for a replacement. They pulled up my previous purchases and then helped me select a dryer they had in stock, should I have needed a new one immediately, knowing I was "just in case shopping". That's service!
