I had a list of things to buy sadly I passed on buying a lot of those things because the lady over there was so rasist I lost my mood to buy. I was just observing the quality and size of the thing I wanted to buy but she was like what are you doing.. with an angry tone and all Of a sudden walked towards me and asked me to put those things down. Soni did and asked the things I wanted as she was so eager to help me and the funny things was she went right back assisting some couple and never bothered to check in with me. As I was already there I cannot go back without buying anything so bought a mug and a bowl wanted to buy a lot more but her not so Profesional behaviour ruined the experience. Will never be visiting that location again I guess. The product quality is good but I would never buy anything at a retail price though. read more

I love this place! I and my whole family shops here. That staff is so warm and friendly. Always going out of there way for me. I believe Paulette is the manger. She is just a wonderful. The other day there was a customer who was laughing touching everything in the store. I expressed my concern about Paulette. I felt bad as I watched her having to wipe down everything that this person touched. Yet Paulette smiled and went out of her way to help this person. The person was insulted that she was wiping down everything after them. She very kindly explained that it was ok and they do this for everyone. I just need to thank Paullett and everyone for keeping the store safe for us to shop in. You are the front line going above and beyond. Horrible costumer service! They had a UPS deliver an empty box and we have it on camera, but the lady said if it shows no tampering then we couldn't prove it so now we have to wait to see what they decide in there investigation. I bet it will only work out it their favor. Will never order another thing from them!! read more

My husband and I ordered our daughter a gift of her first set of Le Creuset bakeware from this shop. I was planning to visit the store and called ahead to see which pieces the shop had in stock. The shop manager 'walked' me through suggested products and helped me to stay within our budget. Then, I discovered that the store could ship our gift directly to our daughter at a very reasonable rate! (No trip to UPS) Going forward, I will shop this store for all upcoming showers, birthdays etc. and for my own personal collection of this timeless cookware. The manager made shopping locally at a brick-and-mortar store most enjoyable and even easier than shopping online! read more

I recently purchased my very first Dutch oven from Le Creuset because I'm an elitist & didn't want to settle on the Made in China Dutch ovens from Martha Stewart. Walked into the store & was greeted by one of the store managers. Richard was really fun to talk to, except I couldn't tell if he was being sarcastic or honest most of the time ...which is saying a lot given that my reviews & humor are soaked in sarcasm. Anyway, I bought a Caribbean (teal) Dutch oven, a second grade one with a minuscule dink on the lid at a greatly discounted rate (always sales going on!!) for myself & then I got a really cute pink braiser (first grade) for my mom for Mother's Day. I had it shipped to her for $15 (such a steal considering how expensive it is to ship via USPS otherwise) & it arrived right on time for Mother's Day! My brother & my parents really love it & the jovial color; pink is my mom's favorite, so the pink braiser was a no brainer. Patty was another employee who was friendly & helped me out. The staff is so friendly & anything but pushy because honestly, who can afford to buy expensive cookware all the time?! If ever you have any questions about proper usage of Dutch ovens, ask Richard. He knows what's up. Well, there are two Richards & both of them are extremely knowledgable on cookware & its capabilities. If you get to me either of them, ask them about the pros of using a dutch oven. One of the Richards teaches cooking classes, so if you ask him, he'll be very helpful. Store is nicely organized too, so if you're looking to upgrade your cooking, it's time to get you a Dutch oven from Le Creuset. I'm in love with mine & it's such a delight to cook with it! Sometimes, I just like walking into the store to say hi to everyone & then just be in the presence of beautiful cookware that I can't afford. The bright colors are just so...sigh, beautiful. I was disappointed by my experience with this store. I had a gift certificate (and was able to finally make it to Assembly Row for tax free weekend) and when I finally picked out what I wanted, was told, rather rudely, that the store "does not take phone". It was repeated several times, (again, pretty rudely) and followed by the fact that I needed the physical gift certificate. I understand individual stores may have their own practices, but I wish this had been posted somewhere so that I didn't waste my time going all the way to Assembly Row. I also don't understand why the gift certificate number couldn't simply be put into the computer system (even if they don't have a scanner). I do wonder if it's refusal to try on the part of the employees, and not an actual policy. I won't go back to this store. read more

​I went to the store and purchased a couple of pans with covers. One of which was a frying pan. I indicated to the store staff which pan I wanted by holding it up. Got home, and discovered I was sold the wrong pan- shallow instead of deep. OK. So I call-I don't live nearby, and with Boston traffic the store is not easy to get to, and I am disappointed. Right away I can tell this is not going to be easy. Barbara, the one who sold me the pan blames me, but will have her manager Richard call the next day. Next day- no call. So I call. Richard gives me the run around, again blaming me, but says I should come by and talk, and confirms that he will be there the following day. I go next day (drag 4 kids with me) and guess what- he is not there, and more of the blame game from Barbara. What a mess. What a shame. Such nice cookware, but a store run by individuals with little regard for honesty or responsibility. Exactly why amazon is taking over retail. Buyer Beware. read more

The Le Creuset website customer service totally sucks. One of my casserole dish lids (from their Heritage collection) recently broke and i first contacted the Assembly row store and they said they dont sell any of the Heritage collection. That is OK. My review is about my online experience and not at this store. So began my horror dealing with their online customer service. First an agent contacted me asking me some copy/paste boilerplate questions about the product. So i emailed it promptly and attached a picture of the broken lid. Another agent got back to me asking for the same info. So i wrote back. Yet another agent emailed back asking for the same info again and a picture. None of them were able to see my previous replies clearly else i would not have had to email this information repeatedly. I emailed them and told them that i made a BIG MISTAKE trusting the Le Creuset brand. Their online customer service totally sucks- i feel like i was chatting with robots who were asking the same questions over and over again! Good bye Le Creuset i am never buying your products again. Lesson learned. read more
