I came here pretty often when I went through a pool phase a few years back. Weekends were always bustling, music was pumping and I always had a great time. This is the least dingy-looking pool bar I've been to. Well-maintained, reasonable price and decent food. The lounge area was spacious and a great place to hang around with TVs close by. They have a couple of foosball tables whereas down the street, MasterQ, has darts machine. Would be a great combo if they had darts machine too. I stopped by during COVID-19 times to kill a little bit of weekend evening. As usual, the music was great, smaller crowd and every other table were in use to maintain COVID-19 measures. Highly recommend this place. I would keep coming to Le Cue to practice my shots and hang with my friends. read more

Nice place but ridiculously expensive. $85 + tip for 2 beers, a $16 snack plate and 2 hours of table time. I live in KY where a game on the 7 foot Diamond is 50 cents, the 9 foot is $4/half hour and the place is always packed. the best halls in Louisville don't cost a heck of a lot more. The same thing there would have been $30 tops. I went to a different hall in Guelph ON a few days later and the same thing cost $34. Can't imagine they will stay in business long. the place was empty. read more

We came for the billiards. Happy to find Boston table first our Nine Ball tournament. Not happy with the table conditions. Lots of wear and tear as the lounge is showing its age. Not much maintenance happening to keep the tables clean as there were food stains and spills evident on the tables and surroundings. Too bad. This place is nice if you plan on going with a group of friends for pool. It's $15 an hour, unless you have a membership (not sure what the price is for that). I was upset with the service at the bar, as they do not serve mixed drinks but do have liquor, beer, etc. I asked for a mojito, which they were unable to do, but they could do a rum and coke. Also, my friend ordered two shots of henessey at ~$6 each, and it looked like it was one shot filled with ice. If you're coming here for the drinks, I'd pick another place. *sighs* The pool tables are in good condition, and on a Saturday night we waited about 10 minutes for a table which is not bad. The darts are in a fun, new machine.... however, if you give the darts back bent, they will charge you 25 cents for returning bent darts...but that's what happens when you play.... Have a membership at Master Q and coincidentally discovered this place. Much better spacing than Master Q (even though less tables). WAY better service. Have already come a couple more times with my girlfriend and she approves. On one of our most recent visits we took advantage of a really good groupon deal ($30 for 2 ppl which included two snacks, ANY two beers and two hrs of pool). Pretty sweet! read more

Le Cue stands above the rest of the pool halls in he surrounding region. Clean, open, & bright. Something I'd wouldn't expect to want in a pool hall, yet here we are. A great package deal for pitchers and beer towers & 2 hours pool time. If you don't drink you can trade beer for burgers! Came back on a Sunday afternoon to watch football playoff game, Seattle Seahawks vs Carolina Panthers. I booked a reservation for two at 1:30pm via Yelp. Reservation went thru successfully and the girl confirmed w me for that when I got there. Sweet! Makes life so much easier from now on cos I def will come here often, This time I ordered the kimchi bulgogi beef fries (you could choose pork). SO GOOD!! The price is even better $8!! Gees... Kimchi + beef + cheese on fries, they went super well together on fries. I kind of wish they were more generous w the cheese, but no biggie for me, still v yummy. Drinks/food/pool tables prices are pretty affordable here. Although they do not have a big food menu, in my opinion the selection is adequate for people to come hang out at a pool place. At the end of the day, they are not a restaurant. I have taken pictures of the menu, fries are $6.5 - $8 app price range, but their portion is GOOD for that price. Also, 1lb of wings is only $10. Well breaded, came in dry w your choice of sauces on the side. Honey garlic, hot, medium, BBQ, and spicy BBQ is available. Another thing to note, weekend afternoon is only $10/hr for a pool table. I think it is very reasonable. Plus, $5.5 1oz bar rails :) There was no one there other than two staff when I got there. Whole place to us, pretty cool and we asked them to turn on the audio for the playoff game - request granted - AWESOME!! After the first playoff game, two groups of people came in and Le Cue started playing radio hits. Well, I am not a person to back down before trying, so I went again and asked if they could play audio instead for the next playoff game (Steelers vs Broncos) :P successfully got what I want. Two visits here already and both times I had a good time. I am not super good at playing pool, so I can't comment on their equipment but overall this place is very clean and well maintained. I came here with a group of friends who wanted to play pool on a Thursday night and it was actually decently busy. Even around 11:00pm, most of the tables were filled, so the place does pretty well in terms of business. It was $12 per hour, which is a great price split amongst our group of 7. The foosball table was great too and you get a bunch of foosballs (around 8-9) for only $1. What made the experience the best for me and set this place apart from other pool halls I've been to, such as Master Q, is their amazing sound system and music choice. They have an in-house DJ who played some great tracks throughout the night. I really appreciated that they did not simply play top hits but actually had decent songs. The sound system is outstanding but if you don't like club quality bass, then this definitely is not the place for you - especially if you grab tables near the speakers. read more

LeCue is probably the most "lit"pool hall you can find in Markham. Of the many times I've come here I've never left dissatisfied. Like most pool venues, it can get extremely packed on weekends and Fridays, so calling in to book a table is a pretty good idea. The atmosphere is really great, they always have some good tunes bumping and on weekends they have their on DJ there. However, if you're playing at one of the couple tables that are close to the DJ booth and speakers, it might get a little too loud for your own comfort (it's definitely too loud for me). It's fine if you have one of the further tables tho. The cues are in pretty good shape compared to Mix2 and the felt on the tables is also a lot better. The whole venue is extremely modern and new looking. They also have booths where you can hang out with your friends between games and leave your stuff. And if you're looking to turn-up, Le Cue is known for their "beer towers", which I've never ordered but always seen them being brought out for other people and it's huge. Will definitely try one day! If you don't mind some music and aren't looking for your regular, old looking, quiet pool spot, than Le Cue is for you. (Those rhymes tho) read more

GREAT PLACE TO HANG OUT! I have visited my fair share of pool halls in Markham, and I have to say, this one is outstanding! I walked in, and was surprised by how many tables the facility held. There were many big screen TVs, so I could watch the Raptors game while me and my friends played pool. They also have a lounge area filled with comfortable seating for those that want to take a break, have a drink, watch the game, have a chat, etc. As for the food, I highly recommend getting the CHICKEN WINGS! There was a dry rub on them that was SO DELICIOUS, and the wings themselves were moist. We also had some fries and nuggets, which were also very good. For a pool hall, they serve some mighty amazing food! As for the drinks, there was a huge selection of beer, and they even had Pommies (cider)!!! The mixed drinks were well done, and the bartender had a good knowledge of their drinks and mixology. The service was phenomena, I never had to go up to the bar once. The servers were always walking around, asking if anyone needed anything. The food and drinks came at a timely manner, and the service was very friendly. I would definitely go again soon, and would HIGHLY recommend it for big events like birthdays, and work functions due to its size, food, and service! read more

Groupon makes it so worth the money. $45 for 4 to play for 2 hours including 2 appetizers and a beer per person is an amazing deal. I personally like this place much better than Master Q just down the street. Less crowded, much cleaner all around, tables are basically new, love the music, and the staff is really friendly too! Appetizers were huge (really generous portions), we got 2 kimchi fries and it was more than enough for everyone. They have similar deals there, so you really do not need to buy the Groupon. You can just go, and they have the same or better deals available. It is what it is, a great place to hang out and play some pool. When we arrived, there weren't too many people around, but it started to get busier as the night proceeded. This is one of my cheap go-to hang out spots for pool. Le Cue features about 10+ tables, 2 foosball tables and a couple of booths to chill in. Friday and weekend nights are packed with twenty something year olds having a good time, but weekdays and daytime there's usually only a few tables going and one of the pros is that the place is spacious so you don't feel packed or crowded. Even at max capacity, you are still able to move around without a problem and it's not claustrophobic. Another point is that the venue is clean and well kept. The vibe is also very chill and fun. Service is pretty good. They are always nice and helpful when you need it. I can't really comment on the food because I have not tried it but we have ordered drinks and no complaints there. They also serve free water as well. Music is mostly top 100 billboard and has a good flow to it. My only tiny issue is that sometimes the music is too loud, but that only happens a fraction of the time I go. Place is good. Service is good. Music is good. This was the first time my gf and I have been here last night after purchasing a Groupon. The set up and decor is pretty sleek and stylish with nice booths. The pool tables are not in close proximity to each other which is nice. For our Groupon we got 2 drinks and an app. For our appetizer we had ordered the Kim Chi Pulled Pork fries. I DO NOT recommend getting these as the pork was burnt and extremely salty. It had tasted like they marinated the meat in a bunch of salt water. The food was not too great.. we had the kimchi poutine and the calamari. Calamari definitely looked like it was store bought frozen stuff, and the kimchi on the fries wasn't that great. The place has tons of pool tables for you to use. The interior of the hall is really nice, clean, and spacious. There's lots of space for you to chill and hang out. The prices for food and drinks are very reasonable, with a variety of specials. The food is also pretty delicious. Visited on a Sunday night - they have a great set-up of around 12 pool tables - equipment is clean and in good working order. Didn't have to worry about waiting for a table. Very reasonable price too - $12 for an hour of pool. Only downside was the super trashy music - whoever chose it should be ashamed! read more

My go to spot for billiards and beer! Great ambiance and good quality pool tables. The beer is priced very well and they have a good selection. The food is also good, given you're at a pool hall.
