We were tempted to come back for lunch the next day and try the other dishes on the menu but we had other commitments that made it difficult to squeeze in. But if you are ever in Paris, especially around Montmartre, and you love good Vietnamese food, find your way to Thu-Thu for dinner or lunch; you will not regret it. Didn't really need to add any hoison sauce or sriracha! This means the broth was already good by itself which is something you don't always see in America. The Hu Tieu smelled delicious, looked delicious, and was also delicious itself. Super filling and had all the right stuff in it. The dessert Che Bap was super good. I haven't had it like this in so long. It was warm and just made perfectly. Perfect mixture with the coconut. I would totally come back again if I came back to Paris.
