For the 2 Saveurs I picked the Cioccolato e Zenzero (dark chocolate with ginger) and the Cherry Yogurt. I could taste a strong hint of ginger in each spoonful of the ciccolato and also the cherries in the yogurt countered the flavors of the chocolate and ginger. I wasn't aware that the orzo was caffeine-free so I wasn't able to finish it so I now know enough not to go for that if I see it featured in other cafes. But I will recommend this place to people visiting Quebec City for the gelato.

We stepped into the little shop and ordered at the counter and took a seat at a table. We ordered the Maple Beaver Tail. It was fried dough shaped to look like a beaver tail, hence the name. It was topped with maple syrup which is by far the best in Canada, and drizzles of chocolate. Yum, Yum, Yum! The shop was bright, cheerful and spotlessly clean with all the tables freshly wiped down. It certainly isn't a diet type food, but who cares when it is this crunchy, sweet and scrumptious.
