He is very knowledgeable and friendly and makes everyone feel relaxed and comfortable whether you're there for your very first piercing, or your 20th. Piercings are one of those things that you really get what you pay for. And although you may pay a little more at THRIVE, it's because they're using top of the line jewellery and equipment to make sure you get a safe piercing that heals up beautifully. His shop is clean and bright and he's happy to show you how all of his equipment is sterilized and stored. Jesse is also happy to have you come see him after your piercing is done if you have any questions or concerns about it. I have a giant arm piece that I bought second skin for because I was concerned about infection. Cas has never used and clearly didn't bother to look into it because when the tattoo was finished she said, "I'm not sure if I'm supposed to wash the tattoo before we put it on, but you'll only be wearing it for 24hrs." I got a TERRIBLE infection that pushed out a ton of her work. I wasn't upset with her, it was clearly an accidental mistake. I reached out to her to tell her about it and send her pictures. I assumed she'd take responsibility and give me some free hours to make up for this careless mistake. Instead she ghosted me. She won't respond to phone calls or emails. This is literally the craziest tattoo experience I've ever had. Bad service doesn't even began to describe this, do not ever go to this place.
