It's a family owned shop with fresh cut meats, mostly beef and pork, but there is also various kinds of bacon, deli meats, jerky, brats, and sausages. There's usually a special of some kind. From time to time, they have buffalo meat and chicken. They also will do deer processing. During the lunch hours, they have a special highlighting the meats -- a sandwich, a slider, maybe a loaded baked potato -- something small, but always tasty.
