If the aroma of baking cookies doesn't draw you in, then help out your friends who have no willpower, by becoming the designated pickup and delivery driver for them. Someone has to do it so they can enjoy the warm cookies as you drive everyone back home. Crumbl might still be in the opening phase, I think, because the line was loonnnnggg. The staff was working like crazy mixing dough. Crumbl was already out of some choices late in the day, and ran out of sugar cookies when I was there, so it is probably best to be an early-in-the-day customer. Comparably priced to other places that sell cookies, the advantage here appears to be the freshness. They decorate the cookies as they're ordered and pulled from the warming pans. You can watch them do it. While they also sell drinks. I didn't check to see if that included milk, a requirement for cookie dunking according to some. There are at least 6 different kinds of cookies available and because it can be hard to choose, Crumbl does give a discount from the single cookie price for boxes of 4 or 12. They rotate flavors on Friday so there will be at least one or two new kinds each week. There are a couple of tables outside, none inside, so this is more of a take it and go shop. That's okay, but if you want your cookie warm, have a designated driver. read more

Not going to lie- I judged this place before I even walked in! First impression was that it is way overpriced for something I could make at home. Which is partially true and the reason for one less star. But that's not why these places exist. They exist so people who don't have the time nor talent can enjoy delicious baked goods! I ordered 4 cookies because paying 2.75 vs 3.25 seemed more reasonable plus I wanted to try more than one variety of cookie. The chocolate chip are VERY good. They use huge chocolate disks and they are served warm. They are soft and chewy at the same time! I also tried the Reese's and birthday cake which were both very good. The cookies are large but not HUGE. I would say larger than average at home baking but smaller than gourmet cookie shop cookies. The staff were very friendly and working hard to bake. At 2pm they were already out of the chilled sugar cookie for the day! The line seems well organized. They had one register open and it was very sleek. You order from the cashier, pay, then wait for your box! When your cookies are ready they call your name and show you the cookies inside the box then you go on your merry way! You'll definitely want to dive in right away because who doesn't love warm cookies? I'm with the other reviewer on having a designated cookie driver! Overall this is a great treat location. Definitely a fun option for thank you treats for teachers or business partners, even birthdays. I won't be a regular but I'm sure I'll stop in to treat my daughter (and myself) on special occasions! We tried Crumbl Cookies for the first time and I was very impressed with their sugar cookies; absolutely delicious! Their chocolate chip cookie was just okay, in my opinion, nothing special. I do like that they switch up their menu every week. The only reason this is not a 5-star rating is because we did not care for the customer service of the high school-aged girl who took our order (never smiled, looked pissed off, did not say anything like "hello, what can I get for you today?", just stared at us). cookies are amazing. the only thing thing is they don't accept digital pay. For a new business this is really weird. if it weren't for the fact that i didn't have my wallet on me and i waited 25 min in line to be told that they did take digital pay i would be giving them 5 stars. so if you keep your drivers license in your phone case and pay with your phone everywhere you go beware. We were given the wrong order, that wasn't ready on time for our pre ordered pick up. Once we realized we got someone else's Mother's day cookies, we called, the person who answered offered no apology & made ZERO effort to"make it right". Crumbl charges nearly 3$ for a cookie but do not expect any semblance of customer service. PS: DON'T waste your money on getting the " special message" which is a cheap looking computer labels stuck to the box and mine of course was Wrong since our order was wrong!! and the "gift wrap" is a tiny piece of string that you get charged a buck for. Also if you order online make sure you select custom and zero out the tip. For the amount that they charge for a cookie, the tip is included in my opinion! especially since the customer service was terrible, the add-on extras were flimsy and overpriced. Never again. Too many businesses in Billings to spend that much money at a place that obviously could care less about the customer. read more

I live in SoCal and wanted to surprise my 93 year old Grandmother with some fresh cookies from a local Billings business. Crumbl advertises delivery; however, they only deliver within a five mile radius and won't deliver to my grandmother's house. She lives in Billings proper--between downtown and Metra Park. With no luck on the website, I called. The lady I talked to was very nice, but to advertise delivery in Billings and then have it only be available in certain areas is an unfortunate policy. I'm sure Crumbl cookies are amazing--they look awesome on their website. But they've just missed out on my business with their restrictive delivery policy. read more
