It's a smaller day spa, with a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The waiting room is nice and bright, everyone is friendly, and Monica is definitely a professional who knows her trade. She educates you about what could be causing it, what the underlying issues might be, and how she can help and how you can help maintain the results and care for your skin at home. Before proceeding with the Silk Peel, she took care to explain how it worked on a superficial level AND molecularly, and brushed my arm with the device so I knew what to expect to feel before she began work on my face. I could see results IMMEDIATELY after, in both texture and firmness/hydration of my skin. The days following, I could see some acne wanting to erupt (which she warned me about) but I listened to her about not picking at anything and just let it do its thing.
