Unfortunately, I did not see any improvement at all after completing all of my sessions. Throughout the process, they took photos at each visit, but when I asked to review the before-and-after results at the end, they refused to show them to me. This was very disappointing and felt unprofessional, especially since tracking progress is such an important part of these treatments. Overall, I feel like I wasted my money and did not receive the transparency or results I was promised. I would not recommend this place at all.

The massage was just what I needed, she applied the perfect pressure and spoke a bit to me, but not the whole time so I could relax. I know I had some tightness in my shoulder and upper back, which she advised in coming in monthly to get worked out. The prices are a bit steep for me to come every month , but I might consider getting one done quarterly so I'm not so tense (two desk jobs will do that to you!)
