The employees were friendly, and I genuinely enjoyed the conversation during my visit. Because of that positive experience, I decided to come back for a fill, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. They started my appointment late and the service felt rushed and sloppy. The process was painful, my cuticles were cut and started bleeding, and there were noticeable areas that weren't fully painted. For a $60 fill, the quality was not up to par at all. It had only been three days, yet the growth already looked like it's been almost a week (see attached pics and video), which is especially frustrating given the price. I was hesitant to even go back in for a correction, but that was the only option they offered. I would have much preferred a refund--$60 is a significant chunk of my paycheck. I gave them a chance to correct it, to only end up getting rushed, my cuticles cut and bleeding again, sloppy , uneven work. Yen had a horrendous body odor as well. The tools are not sanitized between each client. The dremel bits are kept in an Altoid Mints box, and the nail file is pulled out of a drawer. Not changed between clients. Both the dremel bits and nail file were covered in white nail dust from previous clients. Brush tips not sitting in sanitizer like other salons. With a strict no-refund policy and inconsistent chop shop unsanitary practices, I can't feel confident that future visits are going to be a positive experience. Overall, while the staff deserves 5 stars for friendliness, the service itself was closer to 1 star. I Unfortunately, I've decided to cancel my upcoming fill appointment and have no intention of returning. I hope for other clients sake, that they improve.

Lizzie's Beauty Shop was super easy to get into on such short notice. They allow you to book online, I actually contacted them through Facebook Messenger. They were super quick to respond. I booked with Kawii. She took the time to find out what look I wanted. And she absolutely nailed it! Precautions with the virus were taken above and beyond.
