I had a great first experience here--my nails came out beautiful. The color was fully opaque, the shape was exactly to my liking, and they took their time to make sure I was happy before I left. The employees were friendly, and I genuinely enjoyed the conversation during my visit. Because of that positive experience, I decided to come back for a fill, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. They started my appointment late and the service felt rushed and sloppy. The process was painful, my cuticles were cut and started bleeding, and there were noticeable areas that weren't fully painted. For a $60 fill, the quality was not up to par at all. It had only been three days, yet the growth already looked like it's been almost a week (see attached pics and video), which is especially frustrating given the price. I was hesitant to even go back in for a correction, but that was the only option they offered. I would have much preferred a refund--$60 is a significant chunk of my paycheck. I gave them a chance to correct it, to only end up getting rushed, my cuticles cut and bleeding again, sloppy , uneven work. Yen had a horrendous body odor as well. The tools are not sanitized between each client. The dremel bits are kept in an Altoid Mints box, and the nail file is pulled out of a drawer. Not changed between clients. Both the dremel bits and nail file were covered in white nail dust from previous clients. Brush tips not sitting in sanitizer like other salons. With a strict no-refund policy and inconsistent chop shop unsanitary practices, I can't feel confident that future visits are going to be a positive experience. Overall, while the staff deserves 5 stars for friendliness, the service itself was closer to 1 star. I Unfortunately, I've decided to cancel my upcoming fill appointment and have no intention of returning. I hope for other clients sake, that they improve. read more

I went in to get a pedicure and called in 2 days advance to make sure I had a nail appointment and then I showed at 9:30 expecting to have a reservation and be able to get my nails but they let three other customers walk in and sit though we had called in advance and the man didn't even write down our so feel free to take the risk and go to the but just you will regret it because of the lack of customer service and lack of kindness from the employee. read more

The sister of the owner as she introduced herself did my nail, I was very disappointed as she didn't really do a good job like the lady owner and the husband, i ask for acrylic and this lady did the gel, then the way she painted my nails was very unpolished as if i didn't go to a professional, the nail cut also un even, I wish I look harder before I left the saloon so I could pointed the inadequacy , not only waited for an hour to be served. The people here were super friendly, but it was an absolute terrible experience. First, when you walk into the door, it and reeks of cigarettes and sewer. My little sister and I decided we were gonna get our nails done and we sat for about 2 1/2 hours and the nails turned out terrible. They were weren't even painted all of the way and they were nothing like what I had asked for. I spent about $80 on my nails and immediately wanted them off. Unfortunately, this place does not provide refunds which is super frustrating considering the state of my nails. My cousin had gone here as well, and her nails turned out terribly. While the lady was doing my nails, she had cut my nails and it started bleeding she said to me, beauty is pain and proceeded. She put nail glue in my cut and said it will make it better. It hurts so bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will absolutely not be going back. I'm not one to write bad reviews or to hate on people's hard work, but it just felt so unreasonable for me to pay this much money and have them turn out terrible. read more

Having reading some of the previous reviews and the rating I wasn't sure about trying this place but I am glad I gave it a chance. I called in from the parking lot and they said they would take me. I went for a pedicure but ended up getting a manicure too. Hasseine, was the one who did both and I'm sure I've spelled his name wrong it's been a few days but he was great. Funny and friendly. The only time they were nice was when we were paying. I tried to tell the man doing my nails what i wanted and he proceeded to tell me "i know what I'm doing". Probably worst pedicure experience I've had yet. Made reservations and still waited 40 minutes to get seen. The tech Tony was definitely not pleasant to interact with at all. He didn't ask which spa package I wanted before starting and assumed and gave me the basic. When I told him I wanted the deluxe package he said it was too late and proceeded to finish. Nail and paint job were pretty subpar with nails cut and filed pretty crookedly. Slapped a coat of lotion on my legs and feet with no massage. They apologized, put antiseptic on it and said accidents happen, but still! I went in with a friend and the woman who did hers wasn't as bad, but the guy is pathetic. My girlfriend turned 25 today and she lost her best friend (lifetime puppy) two days prior, she's been really broken up about it and wanted to get her nails done on her birthday, she asked for a paw print something along the lines in the first picture, the second picture is what she got.... Was still charged. I am furious I am glad I wasn't there I feel like I would've handled it differently and not near as nicely as she did. Ridiculous. Awful. She was too upset to say anything. I moved here from San Diego and it i think I have tried every nail salon in town and found some very rude and others just not clean but I have always had a good experience at the salon. I have had to wait, but I was a walk in and they were busy. But I only waited like 15 minutes. They have always done a good job with both mani and pedi. They have always been very polite. I also had 2 ankle surgeries and they always make sure to ask if my ankle is ok when getting a pedi. Went to Sally's next door to pick up a few things and noticed this nail spa. Popped in to see if they had openings for a pedicure for myself and my mom and they took us right in. I did have to wait in a pedicure station while my mom's service was being completed but I didn't mind since every other tech was busy. They were very detail oriented and I loved the attention to detail they put into proper prep of my toenails to ensure the polish lasts a long time. I have really small and awkwardly shaped toenails which can make it difficult to get a perfect pedicure if the tech is being lazy, but I am truly impressed with how nice my toes look(and my moms!). Today was my last day in town so I planned my busy schedule around making a 4:45 appointment (as suggested by the salon), only to wait 20 minutes outside and never even get the manicure. I told them I had an appointment when I signed in and the guy working brushed me off and asked me to sit outside with a couple other people who were already waiting. This is the type of salon that tries to say yes to everyone in order to make quick money and then cranks out mediocre manicures as fast as they can in order to accommodate all the people waiting around. There were 3 nail techs and about 7 people sitting in mani/pedi chairs just looking around waiting for their services, along with people sitting outside waiting too.
