Always great service and fast! My nails and pedicure last 3-4 weeks. Very friendly technicians

I had a great first experience here--my nails came out beautiful. The color was fully opaque, the shape was exactly to my liking, and they took their time to make sure I was happy before I left. The employees were friendly, and I genuinely enjoyed the conversation during my visit. Because of that positive experience, I decided to come back for a fill, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. They started my appointment late and the service felt rushed and sloppy. The process was painful, my cuticles were cut and started bleeding, and there were noticeable areas that weren't fully painted. For a $60 fill, the quality was not up to par at all. It had only been three days, yet the growth already looked like it's been almost a week (see attached pics and video), which is especially frustrating given the price. I was hesitant to even go back in for a correction, but that was the only option they offered. I would have much preferred a refund--$60 is a significant chunk of my paycheck. I gave them a chance to correct it, to only end up getting rushed, my cuticles cut and bleeding again, sloppy , uneven work. Yen had a horrendous body odor as well. The tools are not sanitized between each client. The dremel bits are kept in an Altoid Mints box, and the nail file is pulled out of a drawer. Not changed between clients. Both the dremel bits and nail file were covered in white nail dust from previous clients. Brush tips not sitting in sanitizer like other salons. With a strict no-refund policy and inconsistent chop shop unsanitary practices, I can't feel confident that future visits are going to be a positive experience. Overall, while the staff deserves 5 stars for friendliness, the service itself was closer to 1 star. I Unfortunately, I've decided to cancel my upcoming fill appointment and have no intention of returning. I hope for other clients sake, that they improve. read more

I got a really great pedicure. The man took time to really clean up my cuticles and they look really great. Would definitely recommend for a pedicure! I will say, the vibe of the place is a little weird. Employees seemed a little mad with each other and it felt a bit uncomfortable. read more

Having reading some of the previous reviews and the rating I wasn't sure about trying this place but I am glad I gave it a chance. I called in from the parking lot and they said they would take me. I went for a pedicure but ended up getting a manicure too. Hasseine, was the one who did both and I'm sure I've spelled his name wrong it's been a few days but he was great. Funny and friendly. I love both my toe and fingernails they came out great. I also waxed my eyebrows but had to come back for that because the lady was busy, but she did a good job. Thanks! read more

Had a basic pedicure and the gentleman did a nice job! I had an appointment and they were ready when I arrived.

Not only did they turn my nails but they destroyed my Nailbed. Both of my children piked orange and a light purple and they got the wrong colors. Also they dident even pant the whole nail. The person how did my nails cept taking smoke break's and my kids and I can't stand the smell of smok. One of my kids was getting dizzy. Expect to spend a lot of money for terrible service. Took 6 of my family members to this nail salon @11am and left by 11:45. Completely rushed everything and did terrible with all of our nails. The only time they were nice was when we were paying. I tried to tell the man doing my nails what i wanted and he proceeded to tell me "i know what I'm doing". Probably worst pedicure experience I've had yet. Made reservations and still waited 40 minutes to get seen. The tech Tony was definitely not pleasant to interact with at all. He didn't ask which spa package I wanted before starting and assumed and gave me the basic. When I told him I wanted the deluxe package he said it was too late and proceeded to finish. Nail and paint job were pretty subpar with nails cut and filed pretty crookedly. Slapped a coat of lotion on my legs and feet with no massage. I sure wish I had looked at reviews before I went here for a pedicure! I paid the extra $ for callous removal and got more than I bargained for when he cut the skin on top of my toe so much it bled. They apologized, put antiseptic on it and said accidents happen, but still! I went in with a friend and the woman who did hers wasn't as bad, but the guy is pathetic. My girlfriend turned 25 today and she lost her best friend (lifetime puppy) two days prior, she's been really broken up about it and wanted to get her nails done on her birthday, she asked for a paw print something along the lines in the first picture, the second picture is what she got.... Was still charged. I am furious I am glad I wasn't there I feel like I would've handled it differently and not near as nicely as she did. Ridiculous. Awful. She was too upset to say anything. I moved here from San Diego and it i think I have tried every nail salon in town and found some very rude and others just not clean but I have always had a good experience at the salon. I have had to wait, but I was a walk in and they were busy. But I only waited like 15 minutes. They have always done a good job with both mani and pedi. They have always been very polite. I also had 2 ankle surgeries and they always make sure to ask if my ankle is ok when getting a pedi. Went to Sally's next door to pick up a few things and noticed this nail spa. Popped in to see if they had openings for a pedicure for myself and my mom and they took us right in. I did have to wait in a pedicure station while my mom's service was being completed but I didn't mind since every other tech was busy. They were very detail oriented and I loved the attention to detail they put into proper prep of my toenails to ensure the polish lasts a long time. I have really small and awkwardly shaped toenails which can make it difficult to get a perfect pedicure if the tech is being lazy, but I am truly impressed with how nice my toes look(and my moms!). Today was my last day in town so I planned my busy schedule around making a 4:45 appointment (as suggested by the salon), only to wait 20 minutes outside and never even get the manicure. I told them I had an appointment when I signed in and the guy working brushed me off and asked me to sit outside with a couple other people who were already waiting. This is the type of salon that tries to say yes to everyone in order to make quick money and then cranks out mediocre manicures as fast as they can in order to accommodate all the people waiting around. There were 3 nail techs and about 7 people sitting in mani/pedi chairs just looking around waiting for their services, along with people sitting outside waiting too. I had an appt to see owner Yen at 4:15pm. I arrived early and walked into to a hot hot store with people everywhere. Hussain, Yen's husband walked over and asked me if he could help. I told him I had a 4:15 with Yen. He said, "she's still out of town." I said, "I have an appt." He said, "well she's not here. She stayed longer." (I have no idea where she is though he acts as if i should know). No "I'm happy to take care of you...someone else can do your nails"...NOTHING. I said, "are you serious? You made the appointment!!!" He said , "what should I have done?" I said, "I don't know, maybe call me so I didn't drive 1/2 hour to get here??" At that point Hussain actally looks surprised. I was visiting in Durango and needed my dip nails redone. A complete waste of $150.00 plus $40 tips. Luxury nail salon said they do dip nails. I made appointments for my daughter and I, dip nails and pedi for me and manicure and pedicure for my daughter. When we signed in we indicated on the sign in sheet those were the services we needed and I verbally said the same. They sat us in chairs and the pedicures were done and we were sat at the drying table. I asked when the manicure and dip nails would be done and they looked at me like I was speaking a different language. They found another technician for my daughter's mani and a lady wrapped my nails to remove the dip nails. After about 45 minutes Jousean did my dip nails. Within 4 days a nail cracked and broke. I went in and jousean fixed it. It is now 10 days since I had the dip nails done and 3 more nails have cracked and are coming off. I'm no longer in Durango so I cannot get them fixed. They obviously need more training for dip nails!!! Now I have to go somewhere else to get a new set. Very unsatisfactory!! read more
