The waitress took 40 minutes before she came to our table to even take a drink order when we realized how long things were taking, we decided to give our food order as well. It took an hour and 20 minutes before our food even came to us with us not having a visit from our waitress. We actually had to walk to the bar to try to order our own drinks and We had asked her if she can give us an ETA for our food, she said she would. She never came back when our food finally arrived an hour and 20 minutes or an hour and 30 minutes later it was cold. We said we were not happy about it and then the bartender came over to tell us how displeased he was because we were questioning the food and questioned our tone. All we did was ask when our food was gonna be ready. We were just looking for an ETA. We had told her if the food took any longer that we would rather not have the food. Our bill was $170. We paid it and of course they waited till we paid it to come and tell us that they didn't like the tone that we had we didn't have a tone we asked for an ETA. All we needed to know is how long our food was gonna be and we said to her if it was gonna be after waiting an hour and 20 minutes if it was gonna be another 15 2030 minutes that we no longer wanted the food that all we needed to be told that you know if they can't bring the food if it's busy or if there's an issue, we would just have our drinks and leave. Not a good experience. I will never go back there and I will never recommend it to anyone. The service was horrible. The food was cold and horrible and that's it. They don't need to deserve a one star. If I could give a zero star, that's what I would do. The staff were rude.

Bonkers is a sports bar, emphasis on the bar part. They do serve food, although I haven't eaten anything there since the name change so I don't know what the food is like anymore. This place is a locals bar, but be warned it's locals in the "sketchy folk drinkin" sense than in the family sense. The beer isn't all that cheap and the selection is "meh" while the atmosphere isn't all that great (feels like a small town bar, complete with neon signs advertising Budweiser). The only redeeming quality is that they have Karaoke on friday nights, which is usually good entertainment. The Karaoke tends to attract the student crowd so is usually a lot of fun. Oh and young men beware, there tends to be cougars present.

The boneless "wings" at St. Louis Bar are not as good as the ones you get at Wild Wing. St. Louis has less wing sauces than Wild Wing does. I also feel that the ones at Wild Wing are bigger and meatier (less dry, less breading). The boneless wings were okay. It's always been a special morning when we got Broadway for breakfast. They're a similar restaurant to Zak's Diner; with great food and their signature Homefries (that could sometimes use a bit more seasoning). You can get their Homefries anytime, even after breakfast, but their quality isn't as good as fresh in the morning. On top of just the food, the have amazing service. The staff is always happy for a quick chat or there for a good recommendation. In terms of speed, it depends on when you come, but provided you know what you want, it can be as little as 5 minutes (the time it'd take to drive to the store). Now to the Ambiance. The place is inspired by NYC's Broadway (specifically their Musicals) so the restaurant's walls are decorated accordingly. Overall, this is one of my favourite restaurants in all of Ottawa, and probably my favourite one for eating breakfast. My only qualm is asking that the Homefries receive more seasoning, but that is something so minor that it shouldn't result in the loss of a star from my review, and similarly it only really happens when I order takeout. Edit: I forgot to mention that from what I've seen, the owners are great people. Some of their staff have worked for over 10 years (some over 20), and they still have good things to say of their bosses (the staff, I mean), which is not something you tend to see.
