My friend and I were visiting the area and could not find a place to get pedicures at the last minute. This place excepted walk-ins, and put us down for 1 PM when we arrived. We waited for about 40 minutes, and we were both taken back and given our pedicures at the same time. The pedicure felt great. I don't normally get pedicures, because I am terrified of getting a fungus, And it had probably been five years since my previous pedicure. I upgraded to the spa pedicure, that included a salt scrub and warm wrap, it was nice. My legs were cool and tangling for about a half hour after pedicure. I wasn't as impressed with the paint . I had a crack in my toenail and asked if it could be taken care of, and they said they would fix it with powder (a man told me they would fix it, and a woman who gave me my pedicure), but they never did. They also didn't use a basecoat, which isn't the end of the world but I always use a base coat so the polish holds better and so when I remove my polish, it doesn't discolor my toenails too much. The salon itself was clean and bright, and appeared to be well ventilated, which are all very important. All of the staff were courteous. read more

Absolutely love this place!! This was one of my first times going in awhile and they were absolutely amazing. I don't know the guys name that did mine, but he did a great job. Went in to get a FILL on my acrylic nails. All were perfectly in tact upon going in.... Just grown out a bit. The man doing my nails proceeded to accidentally chip three off while drilling the paint off. I figured it wasn't a big deal and they would fix them without charge being it was the nail techs fault.. but apparently I was wrong. When it came time to pay I was charged THIRTY-FIVE dollars for my fill. Their price list says a full set costs $30 so tell me how I was charged $35 for a fill. It's showing 2 stars. That's an accident. NO STARS is more like it. This is the 3rd time I've been and never been treated so bad until today. Of course it's my birthday too. Terrible customer service today. I done with them. The do good work but they act bothered by you if u don't tell them exactly what u want exactly when u get there. God forbid u get a nice pedicure and then decide u want your nails done too. She treated me and spoke to me like I was a bother to her. I'm talking about the main lady in charge. SNS pink and white with tips. Love the salon and saw some of the nail techs cleaning and disinfecting things, it was reassuring that they keep it clean. My tech gave me airbrush on the tip to make sure the ombré looked good. Only thing I didn't like was that the nails flared out when it came to shape (asked for square) however I think that was due to the length of my tips. Will be going back for my next SNS experience and loved Hi Tek! read more

I've gone to Hi-Tek nails for a long time. I'm not the one to always have my nails done, but I like to have done once in a blue moon. Never had any real big trouble before other than a crooked nail. Well, I went and got my nails done today. I wanted light pink semi-long coffin nails. First of all I know that it's okay to speak your native language. I have no problem with that, but when you have someone looking at your nails and looking and the one doing them and talking and laughing and seemed like she was almost telling him he was doing a bad job. She watches and seemed like she wasn't satisfied with what he was doing, why would you let someone proceed? I've never been a rude person, never been the one to call someone out for doing a bad job even though I'm paying. Second of all like I said I wanted a light pink, I picked the color I wanted on the fake nail things and he got the wrong paint and painted my nails BRIGHT PINK. That's not all. The acrylic on my fingers are long like I wanted but my thumbs are so short! The acrylic job was awful. All lumpy and thick in one spot thin in another. Not consistent at all. Not to mention I had acrylic dried to my skin everywhere. Pictures give no "justice" of how disappointed I am. Very sorry Hi-Tek, I will be taking my money and getting my nails done somewhere else. read more

I am highly disappointed with the nails I received on Friday May 3rd. The woman who did my acrylics was done in 15-20 minutes, she rushed and did a horrible job. All of my nails are on crooked, my left hand is super blocky and shorter while my right hand is thin and long, my pinky nail on my right hand is already lose and it's been four days, the polish is also coming off and I've done nothing rough with my hands. I'm highly upset with the quality. I went back to get them fixed I called before hand to ask if they could fix my crooked nails and all I got was a file to 4 of my nails. The woman didn't ask me the style I wanted, she was rough and did not in any way do a good job. I will not being going back there and i will NOT recommend this place to anyone. I've never been so disappointed in something I've paid good money for. read more
