We ordered fish and chips and the salmon charcuterie to share. The cod fish and chips were excellent. Crisp with fresh fish. Skinny fries were excellent. The salmon was a beautiful piece of smoked salmon with cherry tomatoes and dill sauce. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Quebec City.

My family is staying at the hotel for my mother's 60th birthday. We are probably not in the economic class of their typical guests, but we all saved up to have a nice time. One night in our stay at around 21:50, we went to the bar. The bar does not take reservations, so we expected a wait. We went up to the host and they told us to expect a 25ish minute wait. As we waited, we saw group after group walk straight into the bar after talking to the hostess. At first we thought maybe these people had already put their name in and it was their time to be sat. After about 45 minutes it was pretty clear that we were just being iced out. We waited until about 23:00 before we gave up and got Mcdonald's which honestly was probably much better service than we would've got at the bar. Honestly I would recommend against the entire hotel for anyone who is not rich or Québécois.
