Almost. My pedicure was perfect. Great massage and clean smooth nail cut. My mani was just meh. The nail tech took a very long time and there were moments she would turn away just to look at other people but still be using the tools on my fingers which was scary. The nails are pretty mediocre and my thumb is really wonky and lopsided. I want to think that she was just busy and flustered but I'm not sure. This was my first time going here so I'll definitely be coming back to see if it was a one time thing. I definitely recommend them for pedicures though. But when I got my manicure she did not follow what I asked for, the length was wrong and very bumpy, the design was rushed and sloppy and she didn't let me wash my hands so they were very grainy and uneven. will not be coming back here very upset that I spent over 100$ for nails that looked horrible. Lan the supposed manager was very very very nasty to my mother after she asked to use the nail filer to touch up her nails quickly like she always does every single time for the last 40 years. My mother has been doing this the first few times she came to see Lan and she had no issue before, however this time she had a lot to say and even told my mother to go do her nails on her own because asking her for the filer makes her look bad to other customers making them think she is doing a bad job on nails. That is not how you treat a hard working customer who is PAYING YOU to do her nails! Lan, as a so called manager was very nasty and rude and I will never bring my mother back there. I asked the tech why he didn't use the foundation before applying the gel top coat and he ignored me. Then he goes in the back to blow his nose and didn't wash his hands. I politely asked him to wash his hands. I don't think he does nails, maybe just polish, which he tooook foreverrrrr doing. And he wasn't familiar with the ending of a set. This Salon is terrible I went in there today and it was 6 pm the guy ask what can they help me with I asked for a pedicure and he tells me sorry they are closed they close at 7pm I've been coming here for 6 months almost every two weeks. They had one lady getting nails done and two workers visible I mentioned them not closing until 7pm and that I would be getting the basic pedicure. The man tells me the owner left and took all the money with her, mind you the lady sitting there getting her nails done has yet to pay because they take payment after services and one lady sitting in the waiting area waiting to get a manicure hasn't paid because her service has yet to start. The man I was speaking to has done my grandmothers pedicures before. If you don't want to work say that. Don't promote closing at one time but you trying to claim your closed a hr earlier, when you're actually still open as well as your door is still open. My family and I will not be coming here any longer. I haven't been for about a year, but I still remember the experience. I went a few times, but do not get gels. I just want a nice normal manicure, but there is a man there, maybe a manager or owner, who literally yells at you for not getting gel! He is super mean! I bumped a nail once in the dryer and the whole time he was fixing it he lectured me that "If I had gotten gels like he said he wouldn't be doing this". So rude. I'm going there to relax and paying YOU. DO NOT YELL AT ME. By the way, I am a grown woman. Not young, so I haven't been scolded by a stranger in quite sometime. I usually go to Bee Nails but decided to try somewhere new. When I walked in to get a pedicure the staff looked at me like I was an alien (guess they aren't accustomed to men coming in for pedicures). My tech was a young woman. She wasn't very nice to me. My tech spent my whole pedicure in silence. I actually felt like she was ignoring me. Prior to arriving I pumiced my heels and bottom of my feet because I'm just not keen on using the same stone used on others feet. I told the tech this and she still scrubbed my heel. She scrubbed it so hard it caused pain and I asked her not scrub my feet (for the 2nd time). She did the rest of the pedicure and my heel still hurt. I sat under the dryer for my polish to dry and began to inspect my heel. The tech immediately came to me and said "dont touch it or it will bleed". Turns out she scrubbed so hard it broke my skin and did bleed! I had to wear a band aid with antibiotic ointment for 3 days. Worst pedicure experience ever! read more

So I went to Jer-Z nails and wanted ombré pink and white. They said they can do it and they did no such thing. My nails were mostly white and they did the ombré with airbrush not acrylic or gel...The corners were extremely sloppy and spilling over my nail beds. I tried to convince myself they were ok because I had an event to attend and my normal nail salon was completely booked due to the holiday. I get home and really get a chance to look at how bad they were. I said there is no way I am walking around with these nails. I came to here and they fixed the mess that was done and gave me the shape I wanted and didn't even charge me a crazy price to fix it. They even took my last minute before they closed. I just recently moved to Hainesport and was looking for a nearby nail shop to replace my beloved nail shop in Marlton. Based on the reviews I found here on Yelp, I decided to give this shop a try. I'm very glad I did! Kevin did a gel manicure and a paraffin pedicure for me. The service was amazing, and my nails turned out fantastic! Kevin kept emphasizing to let him know if anything was uncomfortable; they really want to make sure you have a pleasant experience when you come in! The prices are very, very fair too, less expensive than other shops I've been to. Their basic pedicure starts at $22 and goes all the way to $40 for their most expensive one. Oh, and a bonus - a mini hot stone treatment is included in every pedicure! I'm so glad the first nail place I went to in my new neighborhood is the one I'm sticking to. My visit was on Saturday 02/03/18.. I walked in without an appointment I was greeted with a hi how can we help you I told the young man that I would like a pedicure and a full set.. He immediately told me to pick out my color.. I asked for gel true match to which they had tons of options.. My reason for giving a 4-star rating is because my pedicure was just ok, I've had better.. But my nail care was amazing!! Ms. Lan was extremely professional accommodating and very willing to please.. Through every step of my full set she continue to ask me if there's something about your nails you do not like please tell me and I will fix it.. My experience was with a male employee. Although he was friendly enough, it was honestly the worst gel manicure I have ever had! I can't believe how sloppy it is and he even left the building while my nails were drying for a cigarette break lol. I'm so upset with myself for walking out of there without saying anything because of my non-confrontational ways. On top of that, I even left a tip oh well. Lesson learned. I work with mentally disabled people and one of my clients loves to get her nails done, we came here for the first time and within five minutes they denied service to my client with no actual reasoning, I refuse to come back to a place that does not treat people as equals. We went to another place and they acted like she didn't even have a disability and spoke to her as a normal person. Maybe this nail salon could learn something from that. read more

VERY UNSANITARY!!  I went to this salon with my sister and 3 year old niece for pedicures and for my niece to get her nails painted.  First off, since I work in the health care field, I am very sensitive to places not being sanitary especially when they are using tools that can cut your skin.  I am going to list the things that distruved me while there.  1.  The technicians were reusing gloves.  I work in a hospital and use about 20 pairs of gloves in a day, I know what gloves should look like when taken out of a box or bag; they are usually crinkled up and wrinkled.  All of the gloves that I saw the technicians using were smooth and I could tell they were inside out.  When the technicians have to blow into the gloves to open the fingers back up, these are not new gloves.  2.  The technician tried to use a set of tools on me that she grabbed off of her nail station/desk.  They were not in a sealed package and I could tell that they had already been used because the file that came in the set already had white powder on it (from having been used on someone else).  My sister, however, did get a new tool set with her technician.  3. I witnessed as a technician finished with another client who had some sort of issue with her big toe (the toenail was brown/black, which they painted over).  This technician was the one who took care of my sister next.  After letting her toes dry and after the technician had already started on my sister's feet, the other client told the technician how she could still see the dark color of her nail through the paint and asked the technician to put another coat on it.  Before my eyes, the technician left my sister, painted the lady's toe while holding her foot steady and returned to my sister, all WITHOUT TAKING OFF THE GLOVES SHE HAD ON.  My sister was not really paying attention as she was trying to entertain my niece but I was disgusted and the technician returned to my sister before I could say anything.  Another issue I had was the way that my niece was treated.  She is 3 years old and wanted her nails painted like any other little girl would.  Another technician decided to paint her nails as my sister was getting her pedicure.  After she was done, my niece leaned over to look at her mothers toes and accidentally messed up the polish on her nails.  When the technician saw this, she proceeded to call my 3 year old niece a "bad girl" and told her that if she messed up her nails again after she repainted them, she was going to take all of the polish off so she had nothing.  I almost got up at that point and told her something but my sister handled it better than I would have.  The prices were more expensive then I am used to for a gel pedicure and they didn't even that great a job.  Just based on the cleanliness, I would not go again. read more
