I broke my finger several months ago and my nail is still growing back. Don has been super gentle, making sure he's not hurting me as he's filing it. I hurt my other finger recently near the bed of my nail and I was so worried that the gel polish removal would sting, but he put the cotton ball with the remover so it wasn't touching the scrape. I also scraped my knee the other day when we were walking the dogs, and Don was cautious as he massaged my leg. On top of that, my nails look great!

We both got pedicures, he was charged $5 more because he was told at the register "men have dirty feet." I posted the picture to make a point that he has beautiful feet, probably nicer than mine, less product was used, less time was taken, and yet he was charged more and insulted on top of it. She followed by completely butchering my cuticles until some of them were bleeding. But wait, there's more! I picked a color, but it was brighter than I realized so I asked to change it. This seemed to annoy her, as if I'm inconveniencing her in some way. I pointed to a nice muted pink color to switch to. I don't know what happened, but she did not come back with pink. She didn't wait to see if that was the color she just went and started painting, and was seemingly impatient. I didn't want to deal with her huffing and puffing anymore so I just stuck with the color. Overall, a terrible experience. I don't know what happened during the pandemic, but this place is not what it used to be. It's a hazard. AND, on top of all of that, my gel polish didn't even last a week before it chipped. The place is a general health hazard between them butchering people's nails, lack of sanitation of their tools, and the toxic fumes from what must be their lack of reasonable ventilation. Please just find someplace less... infectious.

It's super easy to make an appointment online and they're always quick to confirm. When you walk in, they're always extremely friendly at the front desk - they have you check in on their iPad and then wash your hands at the back. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two before being sat. I've been bouncing around between nail techs since coming here and have come in with nail art inspo each time and every tech has killed it so far - I honestly don't think you can get anyone bad in this place. Everyone has been easy to talk to and has communicated if they think they can't do a certain design or has been receptive to me communicating any changes to the design. I've never felt rushed or pressured - the most comfortable I've ever felt at a nail salon! The place feels clean and hygienic. They also offer some fun drinks - like Vietnamese coffee or a mimosa, which I think is so fun and truly adds to the feeling of being pampered. Prices are pretty decent for what I get done - I don't think I've ever paid more than $70 even for gel with an intricate 10 nail design. This is also the only place where the gel actually holds up! I always had issues at other salons with it peeling after a week, but I can go up to 3-4 weeks with these! 10/10 I can't recommend this place enough - I drive 20 minutes out of my way (and pass multiple other salons on the way) just to come here.

My calves are smooth and not dry after the mixture the put on it. Everyone is incredibly friendly. I've overhead several customers comment about how great this salon is compared to other places.

My technician Kim was so aggressive on my cuticles (both toes and fingers) that I had to apply Neosporin when I got home. The polishing is awful as well. She spent well over one and a half hours to accomplish both pedicure and manicure but that time didn't equate to a good job, that's for sure. I will NOT return.
