Highway robbery when applying Nugg's $20 promo code, with a cash only order minimum of $20 above $200 instead of the standard $50! I ultimately paid $125 because they were short a portion of my order. Dispensary driver requested my rec and ID upon initially confirming the order, as though that were the norm with Nugg orders. When I reminded him that this was a seamless in-app, third-party transaction, he conceded that he wanted my sign-up outside Nugg. I've rarely given a one star review before, so this isn't like me. I found Le Shoppe and chose it because it's menu offered one of my favorite products (Kiva chocolate 180mg) at $26. All the other dispensaries offered a new variant (100mg) at $20. So I joined the collective to make a purchase. I also wanted some sativa bud and found one of my favorites (Sour Diesel) at $55 for 5 g. I phoned to place an order. Allison answered the phone and took my order. First she told me that the website was wrong, that the $26 price would only buy a 100 mg Kiva bar. She said she couldn't change the web site. I decided to go ahead and placed my order for the chocolate and the Sour Diesel. She said the delivery would be there in under 39 minutes. An hour later the driver calls me to tell me he'd arrive in 39 minutes. He arrived an hour and a half after the order was placed. When I opened the bag, in addition to the chocolate bars I found Le Shoppe had sent 5g of Dutch Crunch, a strain I had never heard of. I called Allison to make an exchange but she wasn't hearing or believing or trying to make it right. She insisted I had ordered Dutch Crunch and that I had confirmed it on her read back to me. Not possible. I'm 70 years old and this was a first for me. It would've been simple for her to fix the problem, but her attitude was terrible and her impact on their business awful. If she's not the manager, her manager should straighten her out or get rid of her. I'll go back to the other businesses I have worked with before. I live by a 3-strike rule: life is too short to rely on people or businesses who disappoint you. Le Shoppe/Allison pulled off a first: 3 strikes in one transaction. (1) Falsely advertising a bigger product at a formerly reasonable price; (2) Misrepresenting delivery delay by 2.5X; (3) Sending the wrong product and then trying to blame me, turning an error into a lie and an insult. I was patient, but ultimately had to tell her she had just lost me as a customer for good. She was fine with that. Go figure! read more

The prices are ok. The delivery is on time. But if you buy a defective product they will talk you in circles instead of taking responsibility and replacing or refunding. I recieved defective cartridges two times in a row. They refused to replace them unless i order more product from them. Very shady. I'll be going back to eaze. This place is great. I haven't had a single bad experience with them. I think at some point every single employee has delivered to my house and they were all very cool, friendly and helpful. Their menu is really extensive and if you ask they take the time to explain what's what and/or make recommendations depending on what ails you. When I'm in the city I go the Apothecarium, but anytime I'm home (which is most of the time) I call Le Shoppe to my medicine. Delivery can take a while, but it's not a big deal.
