    Great local shop in the heart of Downtown Campbell. Awesome selection and the customer service from JP should be rewarded.. I'll recommend this place on that service alone. Will be back

    If you are a fitness enthusiast like me, you will love this place and all of the products they have. From all of the products I picked up, what I love the most right now is the Intensive Relief Rub. Good-bye achy muscles!! I also got some Calm peanut butter bites for my two big dogs who are very rowdy and they definitely calmed down and mellowed out, even when the doorbell rang! The shop is super cute, the products are all formulated in the U.S., and the owners are really helpful. I'd highly recommend you check out what they have to offer.

Back then they had a great service, great employees, great management, great selection, and great prices. Over the years the product selection started shrinking and they stopped carrying my favorite brands and products, and the website became super buggy. Now they have changed management again and I think they got bought out by a corporation called STIIIZY. STIIIZY AS A BRAND AND AS A COMPANY IS PURE TRASH AND SO IS THE NEW MANAGEMENT! The product selection is terrible now and half the time they say they have things in stock online and then when you go to the actual location they are out of stock. The products are overpriced and less potent with a small selection and all the best brands like Costal Sun, Maven, Fig Farms, ABX, etc. are no longer carried just so they can promote their lousy STIIIZY products. The website is super buggy and constantly redirects itself in a loop between the actual 7th St. store location as the supplier and STIIIZY itself being used as the supplier. Prices seen online for the same item are different depending on if you're buying from the actual 7th St location or through STIIIZY even though they're the same place, which is super confusing. The website always has trouble with online coupons and promo codes. The staff is usually polite but a lot of the employees don't seem very intelligent. Half of them look like they've been stoned the whole day and they can't even answer basic questions, they are super slow and look totally dazed and confused. Here's a thought, be professional and don't smoke at work! The staff can't seem to count the items in orders properly so you're likely to get orders with missing items; worst of all is that when there are issues/problems or major inconveniences the staff and management will do nothing to help or make up for the trouble. My last three orders placed online were incorrect and missing items. In the past, on several occasions they gave me the wrong change or gave my order to someone else. When you buy STIIIZY items with a set weight, like a 3.5 gram or 7 gram package of flower the actual amount you get is far less. I've had 3 times where when I weighed out a brand new 7 gram pouch of flower it was actually around only 5 grams so STIIIZY is basically shorting and stealing from their customers. Last time I ordered online for an in person pickup I ordered 10 items and had to call 3 times to get an update on my order and when I was told it was finally ready & I arrived to pick it up, it was missing 5 items. How hard is it for their high-as-a-kite employees to count to 10! Then they said sorry we're out of the items you wanted... Well that's why I ordered them hours ago when they were in stock but since the staff is often stoned, they can't focus on their jobs and pack/fulfill orders properly or in a timely manner. To make matters worse when I told the bud tender who was helping me that 5 items missing from order is not cool he started to give me attitude and push me out of his line. UNACCEPTABLE! I told the manager how bad my experience has been and how downhill everything at this location has gone, he said many people have complained about the same things and that he can't do a single thing to make things better. No discount or credit, no complimentary item for the bad experiences, not even an apology. STIIIZY/CALIVA/their management and employees are all incompetent and inept. The way this business is being run is absolutely pathetic and it needs to get shut down. After being a devoted and loyal customer for 10+ years who has spent thousands of dollars here, I AM ABSOLUTELY DONE WITH THIS PLACE! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES AND DRAMA. I'd be willing to pay twice as much somewhere else to never have to deal with incompetence of STIIIZY/Caliva again. Corporations really do ruin everything and STIIIZY took a damn fine dispensary and completely screwed it up and that's why I hope this place goes bankrupt because the corporation totally deserves it. Trust me, find a different dispensary because this place is an utter asinine failure.

She came back and continued explaining that they did not have change, even though I had already made it clear several times that I did not want any change back. First, how does a cash-based business not have change available? Second, why turn away a customer who is offering slightly more than the total and explicitly saying to keep the difference? What should have been a simple pickup turned into an unnecessarily confusing and frustrating situation.

Down to earth, easy to talk to, and running a tight shift. Another big shoutout to Sunshine. I first met her at Urban Leaf when she helped me navigate their live rosin selection. I'll admit -- I ask very specific questions and I've been told I can be a "difficult" customer. She passed with flying colors. Knows her strains. Knows her extraction. Knows her game. Even when I call for product inquiries, she exceeds expectations. If something's out of stock, she manages expectations clearly and adds me to their call list. That's old-school customer service -- the kind that builds real loyalty. What I appreciate most is that Harborside and Urban Leaf represent cannabis culture properly. Knowledgeable staff. I also received five unsolicited calls from management attempting to move this off written record. I've been a loyal customer of Elemental Wellness for over a decade, but the service has sharply declined this past year, and today's experience was the final straw. What Happened: * I placed a delivery order scheduled between 12:00-2:00 PM and stayed home the entire time. * I received no text updates, despite requesting them in the additional notes. I received no call even though they stated that they did call me, and no one rang my doorbell for a delivery order. I received no email update that my order had been cancelled either, just that it was on time and would be delivered in the requested timeframe. * At 2:15 PM, with no delivery or communication, I called the store. The associate was rude, accusatory and claimed the driver arrived and called me at 12:38 PM, which never happened. I received no call, no text, and no doorbell ring. I did receive an attitude, hella "sorry's and reprocess the order yourself." I reprocessed the order myself, I requested a supervisor and spoke with Sylvio, who assured me the order would be reprocessed and that my phone number was accurately updated. Frustrated, I submitted a one-star review detailing my experience. After that, the order stayed in "verify" status for over an hour, which is far from normal. I eventually canceled and reordered for pickup, and the same delays and lack of confirmation happened again. This experience shows a petty and careless attitude toward customer feedback. It's clear that Elemental Wellness no longer values customer experience, and I'm extremely disappointed. I will be taking my loyalty and business elsewhere.
