    Breakfast panini

Oh, how I loved Le Signore! It was next door to our hotel (Resident Victoria,) and we ate breakfast there every morning. It's the kind of place where they treat you like a regular after one visit - my favorite. Our breakfast panini was incredible, and the espresso was the best I've ever tasted. Tina, one of the owners, was so kind, and I loved getting to visit with her. Our panini and pastry were so good we never tried anything else, but all the food looked delicious. We've been home three days, and every morning I miss this wonderful place - we will definitely be back if we ever get a chance to visit London again!

Loved coming here during a recent visit to London. We stumbled onto this little gem as it was situation next to our hotel. Made it our morning stop before getting onto our day. Loved the delicious Italian coffee! Loved the delicious food and baked goods but best of all the great friendly people who worked there.

Le Signore is the most charming cafe in Central London. Wonderful customer service and the food is delicious! We ate here every morning, from a full English breakfast to coffee and jelly donuts. The donuts are absolutely incredible and they have the best texture! Everything we tried was delicious, and I cannot say enough about how kind the staff are. My mother, husband, brother and myself would highly recommend them! And the owners, Santina and Enrico, are so delightful! Come meet the crew and stay for the food!

Soup of the day: spinach, parmigiana and egg

This place is a cozy little hole in the wall restaurant/bakery. All the sandwiches are made hot to order, nothing prepare and reheated. The soup of the day changes. I ordered it and it was spinach, Parmesan and egg. Very interesting but good. The pressed paninis were pretty basic, nothing crazy but it's fresh ingredients. Price point is good too.

Small, cosy place! It's near Buckingham palace and is nice and cheap. We got two hot sandwiches (made to order) and lattes. They have the full English breakfast too. If you load your sandwich it can be nice and hearty. The latte was good (don't expect a fancy design). The place isn't fancy and the seating area is clean enough. I believe it's Tina who prepares the food. She has her regulars who have an open conversation with her from their tables. If you're hungry and need a cheap place to eat this is the place!

I've come back to visit London several times since then (most recently in September) and its amazing how all the shops have changed on this block but this sandwich shop still remains! I am sooo glad it's still here! Seriously the best sandwiches, hot dishes such as Samosas- still cheap and fast service! Love that the locals come here everyday and know they can get the best sandwich or hot food from here! I'm obsessed with their simple bacon and egg sandwich (all comes on a baguette) I get it with no sauce of any kind. My second choice- chicken with corn. Simple yet so tasty. No need a million toppings-

This is the best sandwich shop in the world and I look down on anyone that disagrees. Just kidding…read more The sandwiches and employees here are pretty amazing though- as are the prices! I came here 9 years ago when I was a student and vowed to come back to try more tasty treats. I did just that and brought my husband this time! We ordered: -Tandoori sandwich (hot) -Peri Peri Chicken sandwich (hot) Both were so delicious, huge, and under 3 pounds (which is unbelievable)! I would say peri peri chicken was the tastiest. The flavor was on point and had a good kick of spice. If you want to save money and are in the area-maybe to go visit the V&A or another museum, come grab a quick meal to go here first and then have a picnic!

It was lunchtime and busy so I grabbed the only table available which was outside. I didn't mind because it wasn't cold out but the man behind the counter was so sweet and came out to tell me when a table inside became free. He knew everything about all the produce inside, and I went for ricotta and spinach cannelloni. It came with a choice of delicious fresh salads and I got rocket, tomato and pesto. My meal came to £5.60 which was such a bargain considering it was the best food I'd had in weeks.
