I can't say enough about my experience at Dr. Manning's office & the surgical producer he…read morepreformed. Just like most people these days I turned to Facebook & Twitter to find out who was the best ENT in NorthWestArkansas and Dr.Manning's name was mentioned multiple times and Dr. Felicia Johnson was a very close second. I called his office immediately to setup a consultation and he was booked two months out which I thought was a good sign. Located in Springdale (Harbor meadows) the building was very easy to find and there was plenty of parking when I get there even though it was packed inside. The young lady at the front desk had me fill out some information and I proceeded to wait for 30 mins or so until my name was called. They actually called me back about 5 mins past my scheduled appointment time which isn't bad considering how busy the place was. The facilities are very nice and clean, they seem to pay close attention detail based off my observation. I found Dr. Manning to be personable and extremely knowledgeable, he also did a great job of explaining things in lemans terms after speaking professional jargon. My wife was very impressed with him and he did a great job of walking her through the challenges I would experience after surgery. First forward to my surgery ... The procedure was done on the 3rd floor of the Jones building in Springdale which is located behind Northwest Medical Center. I had to sit down with an accountant to fill out paperwork, she was very friendly and encouraged me to pay my balance up front to save 10%. ALL of the nurses that I worked with were so awesome they made me, my wife and mother all feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. They even wheeled me down to the car when it was time for me to go, I hope I never have to get another Septoplasty but if I do I'll for-sure go back to Dr. Manning for sure.

I visited Dr. Lance's office, and as soon as I walked in I felt unwelcome by his staff. Dr. Manning acted as if he were superior, he did not listen to me or my concerns, he did not give me options about my care, he just referred me to get another test that I feel was unnecessary without even trying to explain the reasoning behind his referral (his referral would have had me going back to the same place I began). I will not return to this place of business.

Being basically deaf in a mask covered world makes an already difficult situation impossible. What I needed was some kind of work around while my aids were being repaired. What I got was: 1. The units are 3 years old and not under warranty- which I already knew. 2. They would need a $250-$300 deposit before sending them in to be repaired. This was a per piece price. The company wants a 10% upfront payment for NOT meeting the sales brochure. 3. I am on my own until the pieces are returned. Estimate was 2 weeks. Did I mention I AM DEAF without them. I need a work around. I do not mind paying for services rendered. It costs money for technical help and I understand that. I NEEDED A WORK AROUND. What I got was hearing aids that do not work correctly and the chore of trying to find someone somewhere that will help me.

They never called for me, i have a ruptured eardrum and almost died from it, my ear was previously ruptured i got an ear infection and it ruptured again. Anyway i was in the hospitol 5 days running antibiotics through me. Our primary care told me that Cheyenne may need her tonsils and adenoids out before xmas. I called them she said ahe hadn't got the referral that they would call me when they got it and when they could make her an app. Mind you my daughter has had this congestion thing for 4 months at this time. Anyway long story short, they schedule her an app. And dont even bother to tell me, so of course she dont make it, i didnt know. So i call Tuesday to see if they finally got her referral or what and the receptionist procedes to tell me she was a no show and i would have to talk to her supervisor that they would call me. More waiting as my child is still sick. So today of course i have to call som1 so i just call my primary care, Generations in Chelsea which is wonderful to me and my family, and Amy did everything she could to try to get them to reshedule her but of course now theu wont c her, they cant reschedule her theu said and she told my dr. Office that she was going to call but did not. I had to find out the hard way , which i am at work, this is rediculous! Now i gotta start all over and get my daughter referred again to somone else. This pour baby has nk choice but to deal w people like this, they have no heart and dang sure is not in it for the patients. But then again its probably just the receptionist that works for him that obviously dont like to do her job or should i say DONT do her job. Because she DID NOT call me at all. And im talking about 2 different patients here that they had no idea we was even related. So save yourself some valuable time and find another ENT dr. Or bypass the girl that answers the phone and dont depend on them to call you thats for sure!!

After spending seven hours waiting to be seen at Hastings Hospital, we were re-triaged and noticed there were still 8-10 patients ahead of us. Because we were concerned our 13-year-old daughter might have an acute abdomen, we made the decision to leave and go to Northeastern Health System instead. From the moment we arrived, the care we received was exceptional. We were immediately triaged and taken to a room. Whitney quickly recognized the potential seriousness of the situation and acted promptly. She was efficient, professional, compassionate, and reassuring throughout the process. We were incredibly impressed with the care she provided. One of the most stressful parts of any hospital visit for my daughter is getting an IV. She has had them before and has developed a genuine fear of them. Kristen took the time to explain every step of the procedure, letting her know exactly what to expect. We appreciated her honesty in acknowledging that it might be uncomfortable rather than making unrealistic promises. She placed the IV successfully on the very first attempt, and her skill made the process as smooth as possible. We couldn't have asked for better care. We are also deeply grateful to Dr. Hnatusko for his prompt evaluation and thorough assessment, recognizing that appendicitis was an important possibility that needed to be ruled out. Radiology was equally outstanding. They arrived quickly, explained the CT scan and IV contrast in a way that helped ease my daughter's fears, and even brought her a warm blanket to keep her comfortable. From check-in to discharge, every step of our visit was seamless. Every member of the team treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. We are so thankful to have Northeastern Health System in our community and are incredibly grateful for the dedicated healthcare professionals who work there. Thank you all for providing such exceptional care during a stressful time for our family.
