I also had my nails done here and that's why I don't go here any longer. The nail tech was switching from regular nail application to gels. I kid you not, it took her 4, yes, 4 hours to do my gels. Granted it was one of her first attempts, but it was a bit long and needless to say, my husband wasn't in a good humor about waiting so long for me. Yes, he did do plenty of errands, but he still had to wait when he returned. The nails ended up bumpy and didn't last. Not worth the price. I hope she's learned to apply them better. She is literally the only person in southern Oregon, or anywhere near, that was trained in not only curly hair but also shag cuts so I knew I had to go see her. When I showed up for my first appointment I was blown away by the extra care she gave by consulting on my personal lifestyle and environment to learn how this might effect the way my hair behaves. I felt so seen for the first time ever! And the final cut was exactly what I'd hoped for!!! I felt more like myself physically than ever before. Since that first visit I have become a regular client of Taylar's. I love her personality and the easy conversation we have. She's so professional while also being one of the coolest people I've met! She was nice and said my hair was an experiment for her but when I told her I was not pleased she refused to refund me anything. She offered to fix it but since it's very inconsistent, I doubt it would be better a second time.

She's honest with how your actual hair structure will match the picture you have, either in your mind or on your phone.
