They also provided written documentation of how they were going to do everything - details on how the support posts would be set, on the structure, and on the deck boards, etc, many of which were beyond what the local building code requires. Justin and his assistant arrived on time with all of the equipment needed to do the job. The fence was about 20 years old and had fallen into the yard due to weather and rotten posts. They worked hard and completed the job efficiently. Justin was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. We decided to leave a portion of the fence that was still in good condition for privacy which I appreciated. The price was very fair. The only issue involved a neighbor questioning why "her" fence was being removed. Justin did have to briefly step onto her property while working and he explained that the fence was not actually on her property. For that misunderstanding, I apologize.
