The guy I talked to was very nice and really knew his stuff. Their tech was at my property within 45 minutes of me calling them. Although he had a replacement tire with him, he did not try to sale me anything, but the flat repair. My property was a muddy, soupy mess but the tech did not mind at all, he got down in the mud and worked right through it because he said if I were to move it out of the mud (like i suggested) that it may ruin the tire.
