Very unpleasant experience. We needed to transport a car to college across the country. I called a few weeks in advance and got a quote. Told them I would call the week they suggested to set the appt. Called to set an appt several weeks before my car pickup and the quote they gave me had gone up. I agreed to the change which was irritating but let it go b/c they said gas prices had increased. They said my car would be picked up within a three day window. Three days went by, no pick up and they called to say within the next few days the car would be picked up. I had to follow up twice with the company and they never picked it up. Six days later the car was still not picked up and we canceled the service. They said they would return our deposit... we will follow up on that and hope they at least do that correctly. We had to cancel our airline tickets and ended up driving the car ourselves across the country. Their lack of professionalism and not doing a service they promised put us in a very difficult position. I do NOT recommend this company- they were apologetic but that didn't solve the problem. They did not provide the service that they lead us to believe they would do. I'm almost glad after seeing how unprofessional this business is managed, they didn't get our business, no telling where my car would end up if it even would! Be careful- this is a lot of money for such a poor service or lack of service as in our case! read more

Good experience. I set up the transport weeks in advance so I thought there would be plenty of time to get a driver. Alas, the day my car was to be picked up came and went. What could have been a terrible experience turned around very fast. After calling to ask what was going on and what could be done, they apologized profusely and found me a driver for the end of that week. Great Value! This company DID exactly what they said they would do. Rates were competitive - not the highest, not the lowest, but competitive. They committed to a timeframe and met it. Our vehicles arrived without a scratch. There were no hidden costs. and they were responsive when we had questions. Most things I read re this industry of brokers, transporters said there are lots of customer service issues, so we were nervous as we researched companies. But this company delivered good service and we would gladly work with them again. I'd highly recommend them to others. read more

Horrible company. Don't use them. Left me hanging two days before I was supposed to move, Had to find another transport company as an emergency and of course, paid much more than I had contracted for with Leading Auto Transport. To make matters worse, they did not refund the deposit on my credit card. i had to file a dispute with Citibank to get the deposit back. Everything worked smoothly. They let me know that they had a driver for me Friday I didn't get back to them until Monday. Paul reached back out to the driver to see if he was still in my area to make sure I got my car shipped on time. They were really honest and up front about pricing and how everything would work. The driver Aurthur stayed in contact with me whenever I called and was early dropping my car off very nice guy. One thing was they weren't able to drop my car off to the drop off address they had to drop it off like 2 blocks over because the street wasn't big enough. I would complain about is price but can't complain to much when the service was so good. A lower price isn't always the way to go and they gave proof to that. read more

I had an excellent experience with Leading Auto Transport, which at the time was called " Vision Logistics, LLC". I was very worried about shipping my car hearing so many horror stories in regards to shipping vehicles. Not specifically about Leading Auto Transport but from other companies. Leading Auto Transport took all my worries away, The communication was excellent, consistent updates and the shipping process was explained very well. My car was shipped from CA to WA. Leading Auto Transport found a driver, car was inspected upon pick-up and quickly was delivered and inspected again to insure no damages! P.S. I do have to say there was a slight issue with the transport vehicle breaking down but I was quickly updated and my car was back on track ASAP. I need to ship my car again and I will be using them again this month! read more

Was quoted a price for transport. When vehicle arrived, they charged double the price bc it took 2 space but didn't notify or confirm anything with me about the extra charges. Plus, vehicle kept getting delayed for delivery. read more

This outfit is the best, without a doubt. Thier driver Jay is a pro in every sense of the word. He took our truck and put it on the low boy with ease. It was fun to watch him work. I did miss a phone call and got a VM asking me to call them back to set up a pick up date. before I had a chance to call back a driver called to tell me he was picking up my car in 3 days. He said they scheduled it for him to pick up. Essentially they proceeded with a pick up day with not really knowing I was available. It all worked out so no big deal. I would totally give this a 5 star, but the waiting time to get a weekend driver was the only reason I gave it a 4. Overall the car made it to it's destination. Truck driver called to meet at a location where he can park the truck. I understand being a semi that I suggest parking on the street and I can drive the car to him. He said he wanted a lot he can maneuver. I suggested a lot but he said it was too small. So I gave him an address to meet and decided that lot was too busy and texted him another address telling this one is better since it's empty. He call saying he is on the way. Waited for him then got a call asking where I was? I said on the location that I texted. He went to the first location. Told him I chose the second location for the convenience of me walking back home. He said just drive over and I will drop you off! I said if you can drop me off why can't you meet me at my place? I drove the car to him. While driving the car up. I notice he had laid the right front strap and drove over it. As he was strapping the car down, he was going over the tires, starting from the left front and working his way around. I pointed out that the strap was under the front tires. He said I been doing this for 3 years, I know what I am doing. I said I understand. He went around to the right front tire and just shock his head and ignore it and start walking to the cab of the truck. I said how about the front tire? He said it is fine. Faisal, You did not call me back yesterday to confirm that the driver will pick up my car before Monday. I need someone to call or email me back asap. You called me at 5:30pm  yesterday and told me that you were unable to find a driver to pick up my car before I leave on Monday despite the fact that your company was paid to pick up my car today. You also said I would have to pay an extra $200 for my car to be picked up some time Monday afternoon. I told you that was not going to work, that I have no one to sign off on my car being picked up and I am not leaving my car in PA while your driver might come get it. You offered me a complete refund, stating that you are happy to refund me 100% and for me to try to arrange the service with another company. I told you that would be impossible to find another company to do the service I contracted you all to do ok such short notice and that I feel forced into paying the extra money to your company and hoping my car is picked up on time. You said you would see if the driver could come today or by Sunday morning at the latest. I never heard from you again yesterday, despite my calling four times, beginning around 6:30pm. It is now Saturday, my car is not being picked up today, and I can't get ahold of anyone of you all at your company. I want my refund. The entire thing and I need someone to contact me about it asap. This has been the worst experience ever! Please read: This company is so unprofessional, I did my research before booking with them. Since I wanted to ship my car to Aspen, CO I made sure they confirm that they could, and they said yes. I also book with them far in advance so they could get a driver for me. Everything was set including the exact price I was going to be charge. Exactly days away from me leaving I was getting worry that they hadn't found a driver. When they finally found a driver, they told me that the driver wanted more money! I decline the offer. This morning (Friday) was the day that someone needed to come to pick up my car since I leave Monday, the whole morning I kept calling no one would answer. When finally someone answers the phone they say "sorry could not find a driver the only thing I can do is refund you the money". Can you imagine doing business with someone who cancels you last minute! Maybe other people had better experience since they were delivering in a big city but this company should be honest and communicated with me & not waisted my time!! read more

I'm very happy with the service I received from your company. I also appreciate how aggressive you pursued the delays. However, I also understand the reasons for the delays and how human and mechanical issues can become very real. After talking with the owner of transport company you selected and spending time with the driver when we picked up the Jeep, I hold no negative feelings toward them and place the greatest priority in the condition of the Jeep when it was delivered.
