These guys are amazing! They unloaded our 26' uHaul truck in 2021, asked us where we wanted everything, were careful, and noting got broken or damaged. They worked quick and were well worth their price. We again needed to move in 2025 and they loaded our 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2600 sqft house into a 27' uPack trailer. Again, professional and efficient. Did a quick walk through, I pointed out fragile and large items. They wrapped everything I asked them to wrap and more with blankets / stretch wrap. They got the truck loaded like a Tetris game in 5 hours. The guys are polite, introduce themselves, shake your hand, and give the kids high fives on they way out. I hired bring it movers about 18 months ago to move my belongings from my storage unit to my home in Auburn and I was less than satisfied with there company. The first time they were suppose to come they never showed up because they couldnt get a rental truck imagine that . So they finally made it the following week to my storage unit and loaded up, when we finally got to my house they started unloading and I thought they were honest but they were not. Not only that but a few of my things did not make it to my home such as my power washer and my Echo Back Pack Blower and I seen them go on the truck but they never came off. When I called the service they said it would have to go through the owner to file a insurance claim which is ridiculous like the owner would admit that they took my things, I would not recommend using this moving company .and will never use them again and am warning everyone out there read more

Movers (3 guys) arrived at 3:45 & had everything moved by 6:45, but then the supervisor spent 15 min. looking for his paperwork. By the time we "settled up", it was 7:00. He charged me for 4 hours moving time, and 1 hr. of that was spent in a vehicle traveling between houses. Moving is The Worst. It's utter torture. Even though I've done it a billion times, it never gets easier. I usually DIY moves since I'm thrifty but decided to splurge on movers for a recent change of residence. I contacted a few companies after doing Yelp research but they were either were too expensive or didn't get back to me. Andrea with Bring It! Movers sent me a quote that was reasonable, and she was very patient and willing to answer questions that I had. It was $95/hour for two men, with a two hour minimum and then charged subsequent half hours, and a small trip fee which I assume varies on how far you're headed. Alonso and Joey actually showed up a few minutes before the scheduled arrival window. Darn, no time to do more last minute box stuffing! There are some things that the movers won't transport but they will let you know (fans, unboxed items, etc., check the website for a full list). Despite the brutal heat (have some ice water on hand if possible) and loads of stairs, the team hustled and carefully moved everything in the blink of an eye. There were no surprise fees tacked onto the bill, and paying by credit card was a snap. I was very impressed by how zippy the whole process was and how professional and extremely polite the two guys were. I considered the money well-spent. Used Bring It Movers for my move OTP. I've moved A LOT and used a few of the bigger guys before. This wasn't a huge move, so I decided to go with the more affordable Bring It Movers. Reserving my moving day was easy, they were communicative, easy to reserve, AND reasonably priced. I had two movers and they HUSTLED. The truck couldn't get up the steep driveway and despite this, they got a big workout going up and down the driveway and didn't complain once. They were quick, respectful and efficient. They arrived after 3 and charged me for 15 minutes before they arrived. When we arrived at my final destination, we had 2 flights of stairs to go up to my apartment and one of the movers said, "What the fuck" with a look of dispair when I told them. Don't blink! This was the first time I've ever hired movers. I was having mixed emotions since I'm a very capable person of moving furniture. Should I hire movers? Well I'm not sure I'm ever going to lift furniture again. You can tell Alonso has moved every thing on the planet. He's very efficient, runs in a room throws over blankets and starts a spin cycle around your furniture until it looks like a caterpillar in its cocoon. His right hand man is already lifting your love seat and taking it down 3 flights of stairs like He-Man. Andrea, do whatever you have to do to keep Alonso working for you into his 90s. Take some insurance out on his knees or whatever necessary. Looks like he's got natural leadership abilities, and could manage even more operations in his future. Speaking of Andrea, the owner, is very prompt on answering too. She's very easy to get in touch with via Yelp, or a quick text. My favorite, no hidden charges. read more

I asked several questions and they were promptly answered . The day of the appointment they showed up 15 minutes early, full of energy and ready to go. The coordinator was Alonzo and he did a walk through , verified what was needed and had me sign and verify the quote . The guys introduced themselves and the rest was a blur !! These guys started moving bins, boxes and furniture and getting them into the house. I didn't see any dings in the walls, and they were careful with the furniture . They stayed on task and finished unloading 2 full size pods in under 2 hours. I will add a picture. The price was exactly as stated , no up charges or foolishness like that. The only small suggestion, not a criticism, is maybe everyone wear the same shirt for uniformity. But that sure didn't affect the job they did. Will use them again and reccomend them. I really struggled with whether or not to leave a review. We used Bring It Movers early this year in February 2018. I went with them because they were a little cheaper than the others I contacted (cheaper is not better). I will say that Andrea seems very professional when setting up the appointment and getting the information, but that's where it stops. After reading all the guidelines and submitting all the paperwork. I was ready for my moving day. My husband is disabled so we really depend on the moving company being honest and reliable. On the day of the move, I received a text message stating that they were going to arrive 4 hours later than I scheduled but I called directly and was told it was an error. I didn't think anything of it. When they arrived there were 4 guys one whom did no work just sat in his car at both move locations which was very odd and weird. Also, made me more than a little uncomfortable. Alonso, immediately began to tell my husband and I what could not be taken even after I did a complete inventory list. The 2 assistants with him were nice enough but we were gonna cancel on the spot because one of them smelled like marijuana and another was asking for food(chips) and bottled water. We didn't have bottled water because everything was packed up including cups otherwise we would have offered. After they took what they were going to take we still had 25-30% of our belongings left behind. I was told by Alonso that they would meet me at the new location because they didn't have enough gas and they needed to stop and get some. Needless to say I was extremely worried. Especially when you hear horror stories about people taking off with your furniture. Fortunately, they did show up but grumbled about how long the move was taking. And one of the assistants dropped a box marked fragile! I heard constant bumps and knocks of my boxes during the move. At the end, one of the assistants made himself very comfortable on my living room furniture while I did the payment. During the payment, a fee was added for my dresser because I had clothes in them which "made it heavier" my previous moving company didn't add any extra fee for that. But the real kicker is they asked for a tip! I believe in tipping especially when a service is being provided that I can't do for myself. But, I was totally discombobulated and much to my shame and embarrassment, I left a small one. And I was also asked to leave a good review. We ended up having to get other people to help us move the remainder of our belongings and pay them. Which is sad after we had already paid Bring It. I'm leaving this review because I just wanted people to know because there were only glowing reviews when I was looking and if someone had left this review I would have made a different choice. I'm not mad, it was an experience and I hope we have learned something from it. However, as a whole it was not a good experience and I can't recommend this company. My advice pay more for a reputable organization. read more

I had a great experience with Bring It! Movers. It is a small company, but the operate like a well known large company. My husband and I moved from a three story townhouse into a three story house. We hired BIM to move all our "big items" and glass furniture. This is the first time either of us has hired professionals (I have moved 6-7 times in Atlanta and 4 times across states for college - I consider myself a master mover and packer by now haha). Because all our formal dining and living food furniture is glass and does not come apart, we were so hesitant. BIM made it all look soooo easy! We are so happy with them! Arturo was really easy to coordinate with and gave me a sense of honesty immediately. He sends you confirmations and updates as the day gets closer. On moving day he and his employee called me because they were ahead of schedule to see if they could come early, which was awesome! When he arrived, we showed him the furniture to move and signed. Then he called out the start time and immediately started running around to start - he did not waste any time or drag on for the per hour rate. I was really pleased with this work ethic and attitude. He and his colleague had all the tape and blankets necessary and knew exactly where to grab all the furniture safely. They loaded and unloaded everything quickly. And there were no scuffs or anything in the end. We could not have had a better experience (except a run in with an ugly, rude neighbor, but this isn't the forum to talk about that...)! But the reviews for Bring It are accurate and I have finally found a moving company that I can return to! I was moving from one 1-bedroom to another closeby, a first floor to a second floor with no elevator, and this crew did the whole thing in under 2 hours, including wrapping and unwrapping all my furniture for safety of transport - end price was $240. I utilized Bring It! Movers and had a very bad experience. I emailed the company and they have ignored me so far. I have used them once before with no issues and have even recommended them to others, but no more. The movers we had were 30 minutes late. They didn't have a strategy, so the move was going more slowly than planned. And, even as they admitted, I didn't have that many items. They didn't have care in how they moved items and ran into walls several times. They ran into a wall so hard in my new place that they knocked a large piece of drywall and paint off the wall. I paid extra for the movers to disconnect and reconnect my washer and dryer before they even did so, which is unprofessional. Customers shouldn't be asked to pay for services until they are rendered. And, I had to give my credit card info to someone over the phone and still haven't received a receipt yet. A different system is definitely needed. To top it all off, the movers couldn't connect my dryer properly and destroyed the hose of a two-year-old dryer. Now, I have to go to Home Depot to get a new hose for someone else to put on even though I paid extra for this service. So far, I haven't heard anything back from the company. If I do, I'll provide an update. Update: I have now found why there was such a large gash in the drywall... the movers hit the wall with my dryer and dented and scraped my new dryer and didn't tell me. Now my dryer door will not close properly. As far as the dryer hose is concerned, your movers took it so I don't have a photo of it. I just want this rectified as this is a new dryer that had no scratches or dents and the door used to close just fine. read more
