Reading other reviews left, mine will be the same. A sales pitch that last 4 hours!! They arrived an hour early. I TRIED to cancel the contract LESS that 24 hours after all was signed. However, my sales guy told me I could not cancel. I told him WRONG! I have 3 business days and because the sale was done in my home. I stupidly decided to move forward, but even to this day, I hate it. Now my installer was great. The only thing is I would have confirmed the window being covered up, BEFORE he covered it up!! When I walked in and saw that that was done . . . My sales guy tried to tell me, everyone covers up their window. That I got a great deal they lost money on. Ha ha I wasn't born this July 11th!! I am so disappointed. Every time I walk by that bathroom my blood just boils. I honestly do NOT feel I got an $8000 upgrade. (Oh BTW, I already have $74 interest on that loan.) I was not offered to install handrails, a glass door etc. I wish you all could see how depressing the bathroom is with the window covered up. Now if I want this wall off the window, I have to plop down over $1000!! Are you kidding me? I didn't give you the OK to do such a thing. One more thing the mess I have had to clean up and am still cleaning up. . . sheetrock dust, EVERYWHERE, the bathroom itself is just nasty. A little better clean up would have been nice. read more

Although the employees are very kind and spend lots of time talking with you, the high pressure sales tactics and clear misleading pricing are a no for me. It took 4 hours of a sales rep explaining the process of a new shower and all the options for them to tell me it would cost 26k. All of a sudden with military and nurse discounts he acted as though it was a miracle that he could get the price down to 19,500. Upon further research, I saw that many people have been duped into paying these prices which are massively inflated. When getting alternative quotes, I was quoted between 10-15k for the same type of job. This company claims that is because of the "lifetime" warranty and giving me brand new copper piping which I do not need. In the end, I am going with a contractor for 8k who uses all the same quality materials. read more

I scheduled this company for a simple estimate -- just measurements, color selection, and a quote. I clearly stated it should take no more than an hour. Instead, the salesman spent over three hours trying to sell me a $20,000 restroom remodel, later "discounted" to $17,000. The conversation wandered far from the project, and it felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch than a professional estimate. The experience wasted my time, and the pricing was far beyond reasonable for a small restroom. Not impressed and would not recommend based on this interaction. Terrible company. Possible elder abuse and overcharging for services. Never finished the job and left drywall exposed and unsealed in bathroom. They cashed check and then never came back! Leaf Home Bath in Houston installed our walk-in shower!! We could not be more pleased! and the cost of the project was actually $3,000 less than the walk-in shower we had installed in the other bathroom by another shower provided three years ago. Not only was the project done by Leaf Home Bath less expensive, even three years later!, but the quality was far superior. our installation was done by Nero and Jorel and they were very professional. I would highly recommend that anyone request Nero and Jorel as installers - very professional and very detailed work! read more

I made an appointment almost two months ago. A woman called me the day before my appointment to ask several questions about our house, including "Do you own the land your house is on?" I told the woman I was driving and couldn't talk and she said "Okay, we'll call back later," and hung up on me before I could tell her that my phone availability that day was limited. I called back when I got off the road and asked the man who answered why they want to know if we own our land, since the bathroom is inside the house, and what we own is not their business. He said, "It might factor into whether we can offer financing." I said, "I never asked for financing." He said, "Okay, have a lovely day," and hung up abruptly. Those people need to be told how to end a phone call with a customer. They texted me the morning of my appointment to tell me they had overbooked and asking us to call. We did. No answer. We texted. No answer. One hour after our scheduled appointment, I texted that we were cancelling and blocked their number. Apparently they make their money by financing, and when I told them we didn't need it, they didn't need us. From the looks of these other reviews, we dodged a bullet. read more

Ive spent over $11000 with a CASHIERS CHECK and now many months later, I'm receiving calls, texts and emails accusing me of not paying! Aileen and Louis from Florida have been rude and harassing, we've asked them to STOP because my house is mourning the death of our Mother so this added and unnecessary stress is too much to bear. We also received mail with an Illinois return address but the post office stamps Florida on it which adds to the idea that this is a total SCAM but the question is how would these people in Florida have our information if not for LHB-- i thought this was a reputable company but my experience has proven otherwise. read more

The installation & the quality are exceptional. The salesman did not make it clear about the size of the shower pan; if he did I would have went larger. Make sure you know how big the threshold is so you can get the size you think you are getting. read more

We contacted a few places for shower to be totally replaced. I am retired from owning my own commercial building company. Leaf comes and gives a quote for doing what would be done for around 15 grand! The shower itself would be the lowest quality on the market, (Acrylic), and the lowest grade faucet. No doors or seat, nothing fancy and my shower is not super large, either. So in my expert opinion, the salesman is gonna make around 7 grand commision, the cheap shower maybe cost this company wholesale 2 grand or less, installers get paid abpout 3 grand and leaf home the rest. I could have done this work but have had 2 strokes and am not ambulatory enough. 15 grand I can redo the entire bathroom. I cannot see anyone to let this company do any work given the high prices. Pleasew contact other builders to see what they charge, and see the difference. read more

OOn thier first visit the leaf rep offered a bid of $18,000, to replace a shower stall only. Not a full bath remodel, the shower only. When i showed him a bid from another company for only $12,800, he said without batting an eye, "we can do it for $13,000. So he dropped the price 5k on the spot. I said ok please give me a written estimate. He stated I would have tge estimate in 24 hours. I never received the estimate. 1 week later I was called by leaf and told that a supervisor was coming by to offer me an even lower bid due to a new supplier. He would also expect me to sign a contract on the spot. I explained that my insurance company was coming by later the same day of our appointment. The leaf representative recanted and stated that we would need to cancel the appointment. This is some of the most underhanded shady business practices I have ever seen. Leaf Home put in a shower to replace our bathtub. It looks really nice. Our salesperson, Hamid, was very personable and well informed. They installed the shower a week later and the installers did a very good job. All in all it was a good experience. There was a little pressure to decide on the spot but the price was right so we went with it. read more

I was stupid enough to click on a Facebook link for a free bathroom remodel. I immediately got a phone call from Leaf Bath to set up a 1 hour visit. Upon arrival, I informed the salesman that i wanted to replace my current tub/shower with a new one, plus replace the tile. After listening to more than an hour's worth of BS, he gave me a very high quote with high interest rate - but would discount it if I signed a contract that day. When I told him I was going to get 3 quotes, he proceeded to tell me I was crazy and would never get a better rate. I ended up getting the work done for $7000 less and no interest. They installed a walk-in shower and the shower head was cracked and water sprayed everywhere when it was turned on making in unusable. They will not return my calls but they did drain my bank account for the balance without my consent. Beware of these clowns. read more

My elderly 93 and 95 year old parents were pressure sold with the old buy today for this price deal. Afterwords only to find out the shower base is like walking on ice. Then to be informed by Alex ( Cranberry Pa.) the installation manager the resolution was to purchase a mat from them for $250 or they could roll on a coating, but recommend we buy the stick on butterfly's from amazon. So for $10,000 we now have a dangerous condition only to be charged another fee. Overall product cheap like the old glue in panels. If safety and longevity is the goal STAY AWAY!!!!!! Started off at $26k for a shower conversion then one down to $13k the other to $10k (cause he asked what I thought this project would cost). Be cautious dealing with this company!! I signed a contract on 05/21/2025 with salesman to have bath to shower remodel in the amount of $13,976.00 with a $1,000 deposit. Tried to get ahold of salesman a few days after to request a change to shower door and shower type. He never returned my call. Did recieve a call from Sales Manager 10 days later after numerous requests made and finally threatening to cancel contract. He made the changes and I agreed to pay an additional $916. However, there was no certain installation or completion date provided. Received, telephone call today, 06/06/2025 from representative wanting to collect the additional $916.00. I said I would pay it when the work is completed. The repesentative said it was due now but completion date was still uncertained. I told her I then wanted to cancel contract and return of the $1,000. I was told that if I wanted now to cancel contract, I would owe 33% of the Agreements purchase price! Per agreement, "If Buyer attempts to cancel this Agreement at any time after midnight of the third business day after the date of the Agreement there is a cancellation fee equal to 33%". She gave me a choice, pay now or it would be turned over to collection agency, Every since the salesman left he hasn't contacted us and it has been frustrating! The Sales Manager on 05/31 said the supllies had been ordered and work could by done by the end of June. Person today wanting to collect the $916 said nothing has been ordered and date for bath to shower conversion is still uncertain. Contract states: "Installation is scheduled to begin and be completed 8-10 weeks from date of agreement." I cannot at this time comment on the quality of work or materials. But, I am concerned! Again, be cautious if you contact Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Chicagoland for an estimate. If you intend to sign "their" contract, read it thoroughly! You may not ever hear from that "nice" salesperson again but you could be stuck with owing 33% of the contract price! read more

My elderly parents had a salesperson spend 4 hours in their Conroe, TX home and gave them an estimate of $20K to replace a small corner preform shower! No other work. Fortunately my Dad recognizes that's nuts and said so. Dropped the price to $12K. Politely escorted them out despite pressure tactics. My Dad and Mom (in their 70's) replaced themselves for $600. This is insane and this company is actively trying to take advantage of elderly. My Dad didn't tell me about it until they were finishing up. Breaks my heart my parents are too proud and don't want to 'bother' their adult kids (hell I'm 53!) - and THIS is what they get when they reach out to what appears a reputable contractor. Did not even get past the quote. The sales guy kept giving me a run around and I finally started to get annoyed. I tapped him on the arm and said give me a quote or get out. He got up and left and called to police to my house for tapping him on arm. Apparently that is defined as illegal touching. My comment to that is don't bite the hand that feeds. read more

Asked for a bathroom renovation replacing my shower with a 72" tub/shower combo, guy shows up 20 minutes late and then tells me they only work with their own bathtubs which are limited to 60". Total waste of my time. I told the people over the phone what I wanted and they didn't bother to put two and two together and not waste all of our time. read more

They replaced my shower and had the wrong door. Now I have tried for 3 weeks to get an update on my glass and no one will answer or call me back. This has been a horrible experience as I can not currently use the shower they installed and can not get a reply on where we are with installing glass. The front desk gal is extremely rude and acts like I did something wrong when all I want is communication. read more

The sales person was nice; however I don't think he was completely honest with me. He stated that the people doing the install had to go through certain qualification; however the installers were subcontractors. I waited more than 24 hours to use the shower. Once I tried to use it my handheld (which is considered a upgrade) broke and water sprayed everywhere. I also noticed that my waterlines are switched. I'm started to notice black dots where the glue was place. I called to report my inssues & they really weren't apologetic. I called on a Monday & they told me they couldn't come out to fix the issues until Friday. read more

I finally got hold of the company to discuss the poor caulking job, and the missing shelf. At that time the person I talked asked me if I would like them to install the 2nd shelf. I told them we were nervous because the first one was not installed very well and they told me we would be compensated for it. They sent a contractor out to fix the issues. It took 2 trips to finish the job. The caulking was much improved, but the shelf was installed so poorly he could not get one of the screws in straight, but in my opinion, he did the best he could under the circumstances. He was the only bright spot in the entire installation. The Finance company I used was more interested in my satisfaction than Leaf Bath was. They made numerous calls to me while Leaf Bath was trying to fix the installation issues. I had already signed the papers for the installation when I received another call from Leaf Bath wanting to address the missing shelf. When I returned his call, I couldn't believe it wasn't about the missing shelf at all, I was accused of holding back the funds from the Finance Company! I was not very happy about this. My mother contracted Leaf in Dallas to change out the showers and bathtubs in both bathrooms. Their salesperson came and showed us pictures and we picked out the designs and they sent installers to install plain Jane bathtubs. They also promised us a built-in shower bench and salesperson wrote a contract for a wooden seat. The salesperson also told us they would paint over a stain in the ceiling from a roof leak in the master bathroom and that wasn't done. The floor tile in the master in front of the new tub they installed is DESTROYED! On top of all this, one month later, the shower from the upstairs bathroom is leaking behind the wall and running on the floor downstairs. Leaf is a bottom of the barrel company and complete fraudsters. This was $30k mistake that we will never make again! read more

Ugh, where to begin. Spent 3 hours with the sales rep at my house. Was originally going to go the bath fitter route because it was within my budget. I expressed concerns over some stains on the caulking and Leaf rep told me it was without a doubt black mold and the only way to fix it was a total shower reno (twice the price of thr bath fitter option). This wall backs up to my childs bedroom so of course i wanted it fixed. Rep also told me they do not use subcontractors and that all of the installers are Leaf employees that are background checked and drug screened. Who showed up for the renovation? Subcontractors. Luckily for me they were the most amazing guys and I will go straight to them for any future bathroom renovations. My issue is that I was lied to. The Leaf rep was not very forthcoming about how the financing worked. I'll save the details on that but let's just say I'll never get out from under the cost of this. The lies and shadiness are ridiculous. They should be ashamed!​​ I also forgot to add in my original post, there was not one speck of mold whatsoever in the walls behind the shower.
