I arrived for my 9:00 a.m. appointment and was greeted by the hostess, who spoke very little English. She showed me to my room and instructed me to lie face down. A few minutes later, my massage therapist came in. Before she began, I explained that I was experiencing a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and asked if she could focus on those areas. She replied, "Yeah." Unfortunately, the massage was not what I expected. It became clear to me that she did not seem to have the techniques I would expect from a licensed massage therapist. Much of the session felt like repetitive rubbing rather than purposeful therapeutic body work. Throughout the 105 minutes, she repeatedly left the room, which made it difficult to relax or enjoy the experience. The facility itself was clean, and she was pleasant and kind. However, I left feeling exactly the same as when I arrived, which was the most disappointing part after investing both the time and money in a two-hour massage. As I was leaving, she told me, "You already paid for your massage. You just have to tip me." I was caught off guard and asked, "Excuse me?" She used a translation app on her phone and repeated the same statement. I felt very uncomfortable and, although I tipped anyway, I left feeling pressured rather than appreciated. If you're looking for a relaxing spa experience or need therapeutic body work to address muscle tension, this may not be the right place for you. While the facility was clean and the staff were friendly, the quality of the massage and the uncomfortable interaction at the end left me highly disappointed.

I had a male massage therapist and he was good! He did check in with me quite a bit on how I was doing and what I preferred. They do ok but you have to talk thru their phone google translator because they speak Mandarin. I'd rather go somewhere where I can actually tell the person something and they can understand it and I'm not using a phone translator every time I said something, she had to put the phone in my face so that it would translate my English that I'm speaking to her written in Mandarin.
