I call on a Monday and he says they'll be installed tomorrow. (Tuesday) The fallowing Friday evening I call him to report I had no gutters on my house. He back peddled and asked about the color to which I reminded him of my color choice on the estimate he gave me. Then he claimed the crew came out but I don't have an electrical outlets outside of my house. We also discussed this when he wrote up the estimate to which he said no problem they'll bring a generator. I asked him on the phone how he can run a business like this and he had no response.
