I recently had a roof replaced with Barnett. I need to separate my comments regarding the actual…read moreworkers, and the company owner / son. The communication up front was nearly non-existent. Follow-up does not happen as promised. One morning prior to 7 a.m., I was awakened to the sound of my dogs barking insistently, only to find a truck full of building materials, and three strange men walking around my lawn. The owners son had forgotten to tell me materials would be delivered. The actual workers get 5 stars. The owner and son have earned one star. Thus, the average of 3 stars for this review. They were polite, timely, meticulously clean. They worked from sun up to sun down, barely taking any break. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I found the owners son to be quite difficult. This includes a remark that the son made about his (Mexican) workers that was quite derogatory and I was offended. After the work was completed, I had a gusher of a leak in the sunroom late one evening after the first rain. I called the next morning and was told they would come to repair the damages mid morning the following day. They failed to call or show up. I got up on a ladder and took photos, shocked by the sloppy workmanship I discovered. When I called the following day to inquire, I was rudely treated. I told the owner NOT to send the son back to my property. The following day the son arrived. I am now told that they have corrected the deficiencies, however I have zero confidence in these folks. I am considering paying a second company to do a full inspection to provide assurance that there are no more leaks and I will not have trouble down the road. Photos will be posted.

I called Gary the owner and he came over that night to give me an estimate for gutters on my home…read more We agreed to deal, he wrote out an estimate and said they would probably be installed this week. 3 weeks go by and not a word! I call on a Monday and he says they'll be installed tomorrow. (Tuesday) The fallowing Friday evening I call him to report I had no gutters on my house. He back peddled and asked about the color to which I reminded him of my color choice on the estimate he gave me. Then he claimed the crew came out but I don't have an electrical outlets outside of my house. We also discussed this when he wrote up the estimate to which he said no problem they'll bring a generator. I asked him on the phone how he can run a business like this and he had no response. This is my first review ever! I DON'T KNOW HOW PEOPLE STAY IN BUSINESS LIKE THIS!
