Follow-up does not happen as promised. One morning prior to 7 a.m., I was awakened to the sound of my dogs barking insistently, only to find a truck full of building materials, and three strange men walking around my lawn. The owners son had forgotten to tell me materials would be delivered. The actual workers get 5 stars. The owner and son have earned one star. Thus, the average of 3 stars for this review. They were polite, timely, meticulously clean. They worked from sun up to sun down, barely taking any break. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I found the owners son to be quite difficult. This includes a remark that the son made about his (Mexican) workers that was quite derogatory and I was offended. After the work was completed, I had a gusher of a leak in the sunroom late one evening after the first rain. I called the next morning and was told they would come to repair the damages mid morning the following day. They failed to call or show up. I got up on a ladder and took photos, shocked by the sloppy workmanship I discovered. When I called the following day to inquire, I was rudely treated. I told the owner NOT to send the son back to my property. The following day the son arrived. I am now told that they have corrected the deficiencies, however I have zero confidence in these folks. I am considering paying a second company to do a full inspection to provide assurance that there are no more leaks and I will not have trouble down the road. Photos will be posted.

He was very snooty surprisingly for a drunk. Said the roof was 18,000 dollars plus!!!!! next day got a quote from a local roofer 10,000. Scam alert.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Found them…read moreon the Better Business Bureau's web site and could not be happier with our experience with Dominic, Mario, the mason, and the whole Roof Advance team. Dominic did a complete inspection before telling us our options. He walked around on the roof and took photos. He did not try to talk us into any upgrades, but we decided since the roof was old, we'd ask for the shingles and any decking to be repaired. We decided we wanted the medium excellence option. We also asked for attic blown-in insulation, new gutters, and gutter shields. Dominic told us they'd put in some attic vents. In the end, they took it down to the rafters! As we had to be away when they started, Dominic was in touch with us on the phone or by email every step of the way, and answered every question. Roof Advance gave our little old house the boost it needed! It looks great, and, we have peace of mind knowing that we won't have to climb up to clean the gutters any more. They even gave us a senior discount, which we were not expecting. Their requested deposit wasn't a lot of money. They have an easy way to pay by e-check, or by credit card online.
