We welcomed him into our home so he could show us samples of the gutters. This began the hour long hard sale, complete with an iPad presentation and disparaging remarks about all competitors. $25,966 was where he started. Then came the "discounts" and "free trip" and push for their financing. When I balked at the hard push to sign he continued to push even as much as implying we couldn't afford it. I was done and left the table. My husband had him pack up and get out shortly after. Talked to others later and sure enough they'd experienced similar experiences, those that purchased said we dodged a bullet. If I could give the salesman negative stars I would.

Jerry, with LF, came to the house, laid out what the was included and pricing. He encouraged us to ask any and all questions we might have as he presented the information. He did a great job! We were very happy with the presentation. They may not be the cheapest, or the most expensive, we believe it's just right! Here's why..... Kevin came out, and installed the covers, and even added a down roof pipe at a gable in set so the water would no longer run down up against the house siding. Kevin was professional and hard worker. We were talking about what the plan was and he encouraged me to ask questions and share any concerns with him at any point during installation. He got right to work! He took pictures of the install as he went along. It was great to see the pictures since I was not going up on the roof. Even when there was a hick up with the length of the pipe he was to install, he never blinked, just said no worries. He went to our nearby Orange Hardware Store, got product and came right back and finished the job. He explained it is imperative to do the complete job correctly the first time.
