Numerous conversations later, we are still being charged and now T-Mobile turned the $32 charge over to a debit collector even though the trial ended only 10 days ago!!!!! T-Mobile offered a solution- pay the $32 NOW and they would issue a credit in 2 billing cycles. REALLY! If this is the best this company has to offer senior citizens, they have a serious issue with customer service and billing.

The employee assisting us spoke so quietly that we could barely hear him, making the entire interaction difficult and awkward. All we wanted to do was trade in a phone, but the only option we were offered was to add an entirely new line. That makes no sense--if it's a trade-in, why would adding another full line be required? The staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and offered no real solutions. Overall, the experience felt inconvenient and poorly handled. Because of this, we've decided to switch to AT&T instead. We I tried to activate the phone with Sprint I was told the phone is still active on someone else's account and I could not activate it on my account until that unknown person called to deactivate it from theirs. Seeing as it had a 30 day warranty I went back to the store where I was told they couldn't issue a refund but they would switch it out. Before switching that phone out I called Sprint regarding the 2nd phone and it was the same scenario. At this point I was told I could switch to an Iphone 4 for an additional $30 but they didn't have anything else to switch it out for. I asked the owner if the merchandise was stolen and her reply was "Even if the phone is stolen I can sell it if it hasn't been reported". We are going through the correct legal procedures and have filed a civil claim with this operation if for no other reason than to inconvenience them and hopefully get our money back.
